This rustical stone-built 60 m² holiday home, nestled on a 300 m² plot, is conveniently perched on a hill in Rabac, boasting a tranquil and low-traffic neighborhood. House Salakova features two ensuite bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private kitchen with a dining table, private parking, and amenities to make you feel right at home. The roofed terrace, complete with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and two outdoor tables, is the perfect spot for gatherings and relaxation. The city center and beaches are just a 3-minute drive away. The nearest town, Labin, is a quick 9-minute drive, offering a mall, supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOMA fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that accommodates four individuals. It includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine. There is a dining table for four persons and an indoor fireplace.
