The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room of 70 m2, featuring a panoramic window and direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC. A second bedroom on this floor features 1 double bed composed of 2 x 100 cm width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is also situated on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms, each appointed with 1 double bed of 2 x 100 cm width and 200 cm in length. The first of these rooms features a private bath and WC along with access to the terrace, while the remaining 2 rooms each offer a private shower and WC and their own terrace access.
