Stunning home in Labin - Rabac

The modern Villa Fiolla with private pool is located in the small Istrian town of Labin and is the ideal choice for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the city. The villa is located on a plot of 600 square meters and can accommodate a total of 8 guests. When you enter the villa, you will immediately feel at home thanks to the light color tones in which the villa is decorated. The first floor of the villa consists of an open space with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen as well as a toilet, bedroom and a bathroom. From the dining room you can go out through the sliding door onto the terrace and enjoy the view of the villa's surroundings. On the second floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are double rooms, have TV and air conditioning and one has a sofa bed.

The covered terrace with dining table is perfect for al fresco dining, which is especially nice in the summer months. From here you have a view of the pool, around which there are sun loungers. We are sure you will love spending time here enjoying the sun and swimming. Guests of the villa also have a barbecue at their disposal, where you can quickly prepare a delicious meal :)This beautiful villa is located in the middle of the beautiful hilly landscape of Istria and offers a good starting point to explore this unspoiled region, but only a stone's throw away from the emerald blue sea and secluded pebble beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula, about 40 km from Pula and 60 km from Rijeka. It is a place where you will find numerous ateliers and the ideal place to enjoy art every step of the way. Rabac, a former fishing village, offers good beaches and restaurants. In the surroundings of Labin-Rabac you can enjoy tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, diving and various water sports. Adventure seekers have at their disposal a large adrenaline park, a diving center in the beautiful, small bay of Krnica, as well as numerous different hiking and biking trails. To add the final ingredient to this variety of activities, the ferries leading to the surrounding islands (such as Cres) are only a few minutes' drive away.
