The house is situated in a small and quiet village, the nearest town is Labin about 2 km away, the beautiful pebble beaches can be reached in 7 km, in the place Rabac.



Villa Nia is a one-storey house and consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, separate toilet, laundry room and three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
