”I did not use the amenities that’s why I gave it a four star. The staff and everybody were great there. But, my license plate got stolen in their parking lot. So I had to return my rental car for another which took 2 1/2 hours out of my day.”

”Great location. Helpful staff. The hotel needs a major update - many things look shabby, need paint, etc. Pool and hot tub needs cleaned - a little green. Jets don’t work in hot tub. Breakfast just okay. Only hot item is an automatic pancake maker.”

”Nice suburban location. Breakfast area gets crowded but uses non-disposal utensils and plates which is very distinctive feature.”

”Everything was fine. The hotel is old and could obviously use a face lift; however it was clean and quiet. The toilet in the room "ran" all night and I notified the front desk staff. The staff was kind and respectful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

Uncleaned coffee pot... looked like soup was made in it, greasy residue; Bed mattress felt lumpy.; No comfortable seating... all very hard with long seat areas; Too much light coming under door at night, curtains you could not close all the way.”

”The only issue we had was the A/C couldn't keep the room cool enough because it was just a small wall unit and they happened to have excessive heat while we were there. Didn't mean to bring the TX heat with us to OR. Whoops! Other than that, it was a great location, staff responded quickly to any issues we had. Beautiful property! Couldn't really hear the noises from other rooms, and the high ceilings really made a dramatic looking room. Plus patios! Will definitely book again!”

”Very nice budget hotel with exceptionally comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My only complaint is that the walls were very thin. Breakfast was very good compared to similar hotels. They even had a waffle maker that made 1-4 mini waffles instead of one huge waffle. They offered pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, and a standard egg, meat, and biscuit gravy (biscuits were not good though. They looked like they were cooked in a microwave). Staff was excellent. ”The room was quiet, very clean, but the bed was broken. Were only there one night and didn't figure out the bed was broken underneath and very noisy every time you moved. we were too tired to change rooms but it was so noisy I didn't sleep well all night. I was going to let the front desk know when we checked out but there was no one on duty at the front desk when we left. Otherwise its a great property.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room smelt like pee not the best looking building. One of the ac’s did not work but the room was cool. The pool was fun enough for the kids. Definitely NOT worth $316 a night. I understand hotels raise their prices when things are happening but definitely over priced by a lot. The breakfast was nice.”

”We were not at the hotel for about 10 hours, but when I checked in, I got very minimal instructions and wasn't even told which direction my room was in. Then, when I checked out, I received no receipt and was told that my deposit would go back on my card, and it has not, and it's been a week. I am trying to figure out how to fix this error. It was overall clean, but dated from what we saw.”

Upon arrival the parking lot had one guest repairing his vehicle and another having a tailgate party in the back of his pickup truck….couldn’t get into the room because the card reader was broken. Finally was given another room with a door that barely opened, a deadbolt that didn’t work, and wads of hair bubbling up from the bathroom sink. Lobby is accommodating with available computer and coffee. Nice pool area, but never used it. Parking is close and easily available.”
