”We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Judd’s and Liz’s home! The house manager, Leticia, greeted us and was so kind and informative about the house and the town of Atenas. She even checked in with us several times to make sure everything was in order. The house and furnishings were top notch! We prepared several meals and found the kitchen well equipped. ”Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”

”Great place, plenty of room , decks and view abound, helpful staff and owner, everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Wildlife out your back door, pool a great touch to cool down but beach close and waves fun. Rent a golf cart and easy travel. Herradura close great food store. Though small one close by. Pickleball courts in Jaco, easy and friendly. National parks close, 10 good beaches on property and within 30-35 min. Will find our way back again. ”

”The pictures in this listing look amazing so we were excited to see the property in person. I will say that it did not disappoint. The beautiful house, and the gorgeous view, were everything you see in the pics and more. The privacy of the location, along with the gorgeous decor, make this spot a wonderful refuge. Admittedly, its location makes some of the drives to tourist spots like La Fortuna and La Paz a bit far. But waking up to that spectacular view every morning made it all worth...

”Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place.”
