The staff are great. Location is okay, near the port, but also near the mosque so often loud. The only problem I had was with the maintenance: the shower drain was plugged, and despite my effort to open it and clean it out, it was plugged deeper. As a result the shower quickly flooded and overflowed the one inch ledge and flooded the entire bathroom. It took hours to fully recede. I told the front desk, and they said they would report it, but nobody would come for at least a day. Inconvenient enough, that with other local options, I will choose elsewhere next time.

Terrible experiencia
El hotel es un desastre, cambie 3 veces de habitación y nada sirve, una no tiene agua caliente y la chapa de la puerta está rota,jamás enfrió el aire acondicionado, la otra el aire acondicionado no enfría y el baño se inunda al bañarse, no habia internet, el personal no tiene idea de que es servicio al cliente, no saben resolver problemas, somo saben decir"disculpe" el getente nunca esta disponible, cuando finalmente hable con el, me di cuenta que no tiene idea de administrar un hotel y no debería estar al frente de el no tiene mantenimiento, no hay capacitación al personal y hacen de la estancia de los clientes una verdadera pesadilla, por supuesto que no recomiendo este hotel, de verdad llore del enojo que todo mal y nadie hace nada. Exigí la devolución de una noche de hospedaje porque de verdad fue terrible todo y finalmente el gerente devolvió la mitad de lo pagado. Por cierto el día del check in llegamos muy temprano a dejar nuestras mochilas al hotel porque teníamos tour todo el día, nos dijeron que podíamos dejarlas en la habitación pero el check in era después de las 12 del día, cuando llegamos a la habitación estaban dos empleados dentro del cuarto dormidos, usando la habitación y tomándose el café que dejan de Cortesía. Eso a mi no me importa y el Disque gerente debería de revisar lo que los empleados hacen lo que si no puedo tolerar es que no cambiaron las sábanas cuando llegamos en la noche eran las mismas que tenían en la mañana porque tenían la misma mancha.

Allow us to respond on your comments as wellWe belief no hotel in this world which selling up the unready or non-prepared rooms. However, when it becomes to technical things it is different story. Honestly the first room where you said the Air Condition not working, Wi-Fi not Working, when we checked it was just ok and in fact, we sell the room to another guest right after you moved out to another room. Moreover, the new room where you said the door Handle was broken, we trust but not to accuse any one that the door was just fine before you move to this room. As we have room check list before it becomes ready to sell. We recorded the way you made complaints to our staff. At the end you want your money back (US40) Which is I suppose that is not the answer all the way. Other wise you Should have change hotel as lots of Hotels surround if ours’ was not the good one. The shower easily floods the bathroom
The hotel is in the heart of Labuan Bajo, all the shops are within walking distance and the jetty is just one minute walk away. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a rooftop bar and the view was phenomenal. I had good night sleeps whilst my friend said he could hear some music from outside during the nights. The water from the shower, however, would flood over the shower area into the rest of the bathroom and it would take hours to dry. Overall, I’d say it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel should do something about the bathroom.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel
Very comfortable hotel! Centre of the harbour, steps away from international branded coffee and restaurant as well as many local shops. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Clean bathroom, good shower. Perfect for stay in labuan Bajo
