Friendly and customer orientated personnel in the hotel. Clean, large lounge and pool areas. Shuttle available to/from city every hour, same to airport when leaving. Reception staff most helpfull and caring, than you for restaurant manager Zuraini and GM Eugene for pleasant stay! Br, Pasi & Alex

The best hotel in Labuan. We've been staying there since 2014 everytime going to Labuan. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. The swimming pool is also clean and have warmer. My kids love to swim there.

The Wi-Fi was hopeless, it cuts out for no reason just like the water in the shower it which would go from fire hose pressure to a dribble for no apparent reason and then fifteen-minutes later it would return. To get a signal to send a message you need to visit the lobby. This was the case in a superior room or in the apartments. If I hadn't paid in in advance for the hotel, I would have moved somewhere else. The staff were really nice however the property is in desperate need of a renovation, seems like its living on past glories.

環境很好，感覺舒適，房間很大，一應俱全 但沒有熱水供應，服務說會來看看，但等了很久，只好沖凍水。 很奇怪，resort沒有提供按摩的服務，在那裏沒什麼可做，只有游水和休息。

Heater not working, aircond not working, phone not working, made a complaint but front desk staff also not working (no response). Very bad service and run down place. Will not go again.

The hotel is well kept eventhough it has been around for many years, it is very clean well designed with excellent landscapping. However we were disappointed upon checked in (almost 4pm) to discovered there was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, no soap, no toothbrush let alone no disposable shaver. We paid for a room for 2 adults & 1 child. When we called the housekeeping dept, we were informed the hotel run out of towel and were awaiting delivery from 3rd party. On the positive note, the staffs are very courteous and apologised profusely for the shortage of towel. We believe the above is a one off incident and would have addressed by now. We will book this hotel again in our next trip.

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds.
The hotel was lovely and clean and the pool was amazing. Food and drink were great. Some bar staff were not very clued up when it came to drinks but eventually things were sorted out.

1 of 2 air conditioners in the unit was broken. They were unable to change my room. Sliding door to the balcony was stuck open. That at least was fixed. Fridge wasn't cold. Complimentary coffee / creamer / sugar in room was old and hardened.

Pleasant stay
Had an excellent two nights st the Tiara. Spacious one bedroom suite with a good bathroom. Rooms a little tired but comfortable and clean. Great pool area with extensive tropical gardens & undercover walkways connecting all buildings. Swam early in the day & avoided families that used the pool from 3pm weekdays. Enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast, especially the omelettes and ate twice in the highly recommended Chinese restaurant. Helpful, competent staff. Shuttle bus to & from town and Allied WW2 War Memorial 5 minute walk away.

Rooms are long overdue a refurbishment, paint flaking and finish of a bad quality. However the staff are extremely friendly, polite and can’t do enough to help.

Shortchanged stay. Over priced.
1. Booking made for double bed room but with request of high floor none smoking but given a king size room, smoking room. Changed to a double bedroom, a floor lower and still a smoking room. 2. Room and hall Aircond filter was fully choked with DUST though new air-condition. Bad maintenance. 3. Bedroom came a crawling cockroach on wall. This is out of my mind!! 4. Toiletries given does not befit the money paid for such room. 5. Slow to replenish breakfast food. 6. Coffee making machine was out of order. 7. Breakfast food quality needs improvement (the pandan flavor dumpling was over steamed until it shrank looking so sorry how food was treated). 8. Good live band accompanying dining crowd. 9. Surrounding landscape need trimming otherwise do not house Seaview guest below 3rd level. See nothing but trees and branches. 10. Furniture needs upholstery or proper steam cleaning.

Clean and functional
My stay began with the super friendly and helpful staff. They were great!! Overall the hotel and rooms were very clean and functional but the facilities are showing their age a little. All that said it was evident that they took maintenance seriously as there was a bit going on in a manner that was unobtrusive and didn't effect me stay at all.

のんびり過ごせる邪魔無しリゾート
周辺は海と自然。コンビニや繁華街がないので、うっとうしさ０．心の癒しに最適 Hotel内にレストラン3店あり。当日スコールで外出できず、そのうちの１店に入った。マレーシアのラム肉料理を頂いたが、とても美味しい、日本ではなかなか食べられない。 窓からの眺めが最高、Hotelから海岸に直接歩け、言わばプライベートビーチぽい感じ。ラブアン特有の船の行列がまじかで見られる。なにしろ静かでリラックスしたい人は是非に！！
