”I found the pool to be very dirty, when we arrived on Saturday afternoon the stairwell smelt like urine. The rooms were very humid even with the air conditioning at full blast and the AC needs to be better or get a second wall unit in the rooms or at least the bigger ones like I had. Aside from that it was okay.”

”Overall a good hotel (typical best western). The staff were very friendly and helpful as usual. The room was comfortable and the jet tub was great and worked as intended. The amenities worked as intended and appeared to be well maintained. The only two complaints, is that the food was kind of mediocre for the breakfast in terms of taste, we found some hair in the home cooked potatoes. Also, the bead cover (Duvet) had some stains on there. Still would recommend the hotel if you are in the...

”They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”

”I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.”
