”Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. ”Of the three hotels I have stayed at in North Andover, this one is the cleanest and most convenient for me. Wish the prices would always be what I paid for this last 2 day stay, it would save me from having to go to the other hotels when I come up once per month for two days at a time.”

”Staff are great , nice and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and hotel is so cute hidden in a beautiful uphill kinda place . Bonus point , its close to fast food restaurants and even better is they provide traditional breakfast that really doesn’t exist in most hotels now . Will go back again if i have things to do in the area around it .”

”It was clean, quiet and for our purposes perfect. If you are vacationing there is nothing to do, we were in for a family event in the area so it was close to everything in Tewksbury. There is a cracker barrel right there with wonderful staff. The breakfast is very good and they have coffee and tea avail day and night. Everything is well maintained.”

”This is a great little gem of a hotel in Salem, nothing fancy, but is exceptionally clean, with friendly staff, quiet surroundings, and access to lots of amenities. I stay here periodically when I am in town for work, and I always feel really happy that I did.”

”Very nice hotel! Very pretty! Very clean! Staff was nice! Comfort beds! Room was spacious and clean! Had so many stores and restaurants! 1st time here..well definitely be back!”

”The rooms are clean, but the beds were uncomfortable. The curtains had tears or were missing parts. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms the TV did not work. The staff was SUPER friendly, and informative though, and apologized for the internet being down for a day. We got tickets to the water park which conveniently 3 of the 4 water slides were down, and then a child pooped in the lazy river shutting that down We tried to wait it out, but got tired of that as it becomes very boring for a 13 yo....
