So glad we met him and got great recommendations for restaurants. He is a gem and every hotel should have one like him. A star. The bar and room were great. Amazing view. Also the Club Room, while on a lower floor, great staff and selections throughout the day. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Hot and clean. The location is amazing...

”Itai and Simon were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very close to food and entertainment. We particularly enjoyed walking to Underdogs Cantina for dinner. Excellent stay!”

”The room was great and the location was fantastic. It was very easy to walk to most of the important sights. We arrived during a storm and were woken by a state emergency phone alert in the middle of the night, the hotel made a creaking noise all night for just this night, we think it was the anti-earth quake feature so its a very safe hotel.”

”Perfect location to go to Oracle Park. Very quiet on weekends. Parking around the corner for a reasonable price. Nice room. Clean and comfortable.”

”Great service from all of the staff, who were all super friendly. We got there early in the day and expected to have them hold our bags and return later to check in but they gave us a happy surprise when they said they had a room available for us. One note - the rooms aren't quiet to outdoor sounds. That didn't bother us because were where there for a party which was on property.”

”I have stayed here twice now and absolutely love the location and the double king rooms they offer, very spacious! There was no parking available in the onsite lot but was understandable due to checking in late in the night. There is a parking garage only a few blocks away so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.”

”Gorgeous Hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room although small was very clean and cute. Trolly stop right at the corner that takes you to Ghirardelli Square. I recommend a room on higher floor for a city view. ”

”Good location and adequate room. However, the wash basin was all dirty as were the wine glasses. For breakfast over 30 min wait to get the food. Sloppy management.”

”Location excellent, walking distance to many places and right next to BART station and Muni stops. Service was fine, no problems at all. Hotel has many activities so can spend time at hotel as well, including two pool tables. Did not try the breakfast, mainly due to the a la carte price.”
