”Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. ”

”Cheaper hotel in Val dIsere, whereby younger guests staying in this hotel. Youth party a few nights. Hotel personnel interrupted the party fairly quickly. rooms good, but we could not adjust the heating in the rooms, which were fairly warm. Personnel very helpful and kind!”

”The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. ”

”Very close to lift with great dining option nearby. Breakfast was great! Ski rental site on-site and they store your stuff for you so just drop skis at door. We thoroughly enjoyed hot tub/sauna/steam room. Would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately, the two best rooms with balcony I was told were smaller. We had 3 in each room so opted for 2 biggest. It is a very short walk to lift, don’t think there is a closer hotel in 1850. ”

”Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. We loved it, it’s a shame it closes for the summer season as it would be great to stay and enjoy the summer walks of the area. Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä. Ski in, ski out. Hotellissa hyvä suksihuone. Hiihtokeskus loistava. ”
