Guest Access:

Make yourself at home—the entire chalet is yours to enjoy. Access is simple and convenient with self-check-in via a digital keypad. Instructions will be sent to you by email and/or text message in the days before your arrival.



As our guest, you also receive exclusive access to the Club de la Pointe resort facilities. We provide 8 access bracelets which must be worn at the club. Children under 12 do not need a bracelet but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Travelers are required to be of 25 years old at the time of booking.



Access codes for self-check-in will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival.



Winter Convenience: For your safety and convenience, snow is cleared automatically within 24 hours after a snowfall of 5 cm or more. A shovel and salt are also provided.



Setting Expectations:

* Nearby Construction: Please note that the construction of new chalets nearby is now complete.

* Bed Comfort: Our mattresses are a medium-firmness to suit a wide range of preferences. While many guests find them very comfortable, please note that bed firmness is a matter of personal taste.

* Appliances: The dishwasher has been repaired and the barbecue has been recently replaced for your enjoyment.

* Hot Tub: We are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness for our hot tub. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can address them.







Summer 2024 Schedule:

* Yoga Classes: Every Saturday from 9 AM to 10 AM, from June 8th to October 12th. Spaces are limited (first come, first served).

* Swimming Pool: Open from June 24th to September 2nd, 10 AM to 6 PM. *Please note: From August 21st, the pool will be closed on weekdays. It will be open 10 AM to 6 PM on August 24, 25, 31, and September 1, 2.*

* Marina: Opening is dependent on lake temperature (minimum 15°C). Weather permitting, watercraft are available daily from 10 AM to 6 PM.



Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
