The holiday home has a living space of 85m² and offers a large living room (approx. 35m²) with a fireplace, television and integrated kitchen. Brand new: now all existing appliances such as the 3-plate induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster and coffee machine invite you to cook together. Now brand new: Wi-Fi conveniently in the house!
The 3 bedrooms, furnished with built-in wardrobes, are equipped with 2 French beds or 2 double beds. In the bathroom with a new shower there is a washing machine and a separate toilet. Next to the house entrance there is a storage room for bicycles, barbecue and garden tools. The large covered terrace invites you to relax, eat, celebrate and offers a beautiful sunset in the evening.

The complex has a swimming pool, a sandy beach directly on the lake, tennis courts, fishing spots and good cycling paths.
