”My guest of honors complained about the floor being dirty. For example, she showed me her the bottom of your pair of socks; both were dirty. I wore a black pair of socks and the dust did not spare a pair of black socks.
Evidently, the floors have not been attended to in a while; given the quantity of dust accumulated. I apologized to my guest and offered to wash her pair of white socks. She again reminded me that the floor was dirty; not her socks, so offering to wash her socks was not the best...

”The room was never cleaned and we stayed 3 nights. After the first night we asked and were promised it would be done the 2nd night, but it never happened. As well, no fresh towels or coffee replaced. The ice machine wouldn’t work and the worker said we had to kick it. We were on the 5th floor and the room would not cool off. The bathroom is so small that you have to scoot behind the door to close it, and the TP holder was hardly able to be reached. Very sad.”
