”I have stayed at this hotel before and I enjoy it everytime. I will always stay here when i visit my family in Montreal. The price was reasonable. The location is convenient, close to the airport, close to Sources blvd with so many restaurants choices and stores, close to the Marche de l’Ouest. Close to the highway exit heading in the downtown direction. Parking is included and super convenient. Very safe. The breakfast has a few great options. ”Excellent service from Viviana at Ruby Foo’s Hotel! Viviana provides outstanding service. She always leaves the room absolutely spotless and immaculate, paying attention to every detail. Her professionalism, dedication, and care truly make a difference in the guest experience. Thank you, Viviana, for your excellent work and for always keeping the room in perfect condition. 10/10 — highly recommended!”

”Very clean, and staff were very helpful”

”The breakfast was a disappointment as no buffet available. Needed to order from the menu which was definetly not the one with most options and came with a price. The hotel has seen it’s better times couple of decades away, but served the purpose of a very short visit. Still the price was on a level with a more consistent expectations, so not worth the money spent.”

”Tout était parfait. Le seul inconvénient est l odeur de parfum à la réception et au restaurant, ce qui nous a empêcher de se nourrir au resto car c est une odeur très intense.”

”Excelente atención del personal.”

”It was clean room”

”Good.”

”Very nice and clean room. The breakfast was a bit boring but it was better than nothing.”

”Hôtel mal localisé peux de services à proximité. La réception en rénovation pas de restaurant de qualité sur place”

”Perfect location, cleanest as can be! Like it!”

They make no sense when talking to you and no matter what the topic is they will always have something rude to say back to you. And no this wasnt only one receptionist. The same attitude and horrible service followed as shifts changed. The owner should be ashamed as there are multiple public reviews about this dating back MONTHS and clearly they dont care enough to change it. Why even open a hotel if you...

”I love love love it!!! I am a member and would not trade the comfortability, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Coming back in three weeks.”

”The card to the room did not work and we had to go restart the card at the front desk .”
