This beautiful lakefront home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub, with an additional daybed in the basement). The home offers incredible lake views and an open-concept living and kitchen space, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for your stay.

The finished basement provides additional entertainment space with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, darts, and arcade games. All 4 TVs include access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.

The Masthope community offers a wide range of amenities including tennis, mini golf, arcade, fitness center, and more with the purchase of amenity passes. Guests can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and non-motorized water activities through the community facilities. Please note that community rules do not permit renters to use owner-provided recreational equipment, including kayaks and canoes.

Additional nearby amenities include horseback riding, mini golf, Ski Big Bear (winter season), Summit Restaurant, tiki bar, and the community pool (summer season). Discounted skiing and tubing are available in the winter. This is a great place to bring family and friends year-round.

Guests will have access to the entire home, except for a few locked closets used for personal storage. Parking is available for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

Amenity passes are available for purchase and provide access to pools, beach, stables, and miniature golf. The cost is $10 per person per day and can be purchased upon arrival at the community office. Passes must be returned to avoid a $10 replacement fee. Please note that Masthope amenities are not available to renters during the Independence Day holiday weekend.

Rental registration is required prior to arrival. Guests must provide names of all occupants, vehicle information, and a photo ID for the lead renter. A $100 late registration fee will apply for bookings made within 7 days of arrival, per HOA rules.

All garbage must be removed from the property upon departure and disposed of at the community compactors. Failure to do so will result in a $30 fee per bag left behind.
