”Perfect, great communication from moment of booking to depature, wonderful attention to detail made a few nights stay at The Dovecote a perfect post Christmas pre New Year tonic. Lovely walks in a calm setting. Very comfortable accomodation, everything we needed and more. Natalie gave us a warm welcome and made sure all was ok, and there at departure to wish us well. Wish we could have stayed longer but now found we will definately revisit when we need our batteries recharged! Lovely welcome...

”We stayed here for one night en route back to London. The barn flat was immaculate, comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Anna greeted us on arrival and was a charming host. We highly recommend the Churchill Arms for dinner – only a 5-10 minute walk and our meal was excellent. In all, a wonderful experience – we would definitely stay here again.”

”For older folks traveling from other places carrying heavy luggage, not being able to hold luggage in the room upon early arrival is a pain. Also, if not from Europe cells phones and internet don't work well so not being able to contact proprietors can be a problem. If you are able to contact them there's always an excuse as to why the response was late. A younger person would likely appreciate the flat more. Having said all that, the flat was centrally located to the action, was well stocked...
