The 74m2 Pavilion consisting of the old half-timbered barn is totally dedicated to you. It is renovated in healthy ecological natural materials, with all modern comforts. The dapper, vintage and retro décor accompanies the nobility of the antique solid wood furniture, bringing nostalgia and joie de vivre. It is entirely independent with its private entrance, its large duckboard terrace overlooked by a pergola hidden under the foliage.

Thanks to the fully glazed south-east façade, you can enjoy the view of the pond, the park and the forest, without any opposite. The private pergola is shaded and hidden by the tropical garden to perfect your privacy. Garden furniture installed with barbecue, hammocks, deckchairs.

The Pavilion has a large bedroom with 2 beds (140 & 120) which can be closed and blacked, with a ceiling fan for more comfort and a mosquito net in the bay window. The 2nd bedroom on the open lower mezzanine, a little nest adored by young children, is accessible by a miller's ladder (+ 6 years old) with 2 beds in 90.
A flat screen TV with DVD player and board games are available in the living room.
Sleeps up to 4 people maximum, excluding babies.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer...
The shower room is practical and functional, with a timer fan heater and hairdryer.

Strictly non-smoking indoors for the respect of future guests! However, it is possible to smoke on the terrace.

Wide range of childcare equipment for all ages at no extra charge.

Warning: WI-FI outdoors only, capricious due to the very secluded place (teenagers addicted to disappointed screens!).

A great tranquility is assured & expected in order to enjoy the game that passes through, with very discreet owners!
