”My stay has been very good. I appreciate the kitchen items including a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwashing since I cooked dinner on the cooktop one night. It’s a great location if you are going to the Portland University hospital buildings since it is a 10 minute walk from the Aerial Tram Although as a view from my balcony”

”The hotel is beautiful, but for the second time we had issues with stings not working. The first time the sink was clogged and they didn’t have staff to fix it, this last time the entry light in the bedroom wouldn’t turn off and I had to remove the can trim so we could sleep…again, maintenance wasn’t available to fix it. Neither time were we compensated for the inconvenience ”

”Modern rooms in a nice location in Portland right by PSU and the art museum. Friendly staff. Too bad the parking is 45 a night - most hotels give the people who are staying there a discount or waive the fee. Hard to believe a 4 star hotel doesn't!”

”The property is divided into two buildings, the Inn side which I am assuming are your standard rooms and the Suites which is right across the street. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was great. It’s not fancy but suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and for being in the city really quiet. Black out curtains were a huge plus . It had a small two burner cooktop which we would have used if we were staying longer. Its close proximity to NW 23rd which is where they have amazing restaurants...

”Relatively clean & spacious room for the price. The shuttle will pick you up from the airport with no advance notice which is nice. Staff were friendly & helpful. Housekeeping did a great job. Part of my stay was w/out transportation & it’s in a rough area with not much of note around unless you walk 30 minutes. ”Absolutely beautiful, clean and well located place to stay. Bit of a noise from corridors, unfortunately, so if you are a very light sleeper maybe check with the hotel and ask for a room at the end of a corridor. Other than that, very warmly recommended. Would be happy to stay again.”
