”The apt is in a good location, easy parking space, and was clean but it is not a one bedroom as listed - it is a very small studio. She did refund us a small portion of our stay. To avoid this happening to others It should be listed as a Studio apt and not a one bedroom. ”

”House is very conveniently located in the heart of Charleston with many restaurants and bars withing short walking distance. We stayed in the ground floor apartment with a second unit on the second floor. The house is spacious, beds were very comfortable and bathroom has good water pressure. We had a few challenges getting the heat going (it was unseasonably cold), but the owners and property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. The unit has a single parking spot, which was great,...

”Nice property, excellent location. Would recommend that the upstairs bedroom have a better curtain over the sink. The light from the street is pretty bright at night. Also, the dryer needs some maintenance. Very loud sort of piercing noise. Small fixes. Otherwise, nice place to stay.”
