The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. ”Clean, easy, walkable. Everything we could have asked for a great long weekend. Perfect stay for a couple. Just one tip: make sure you get your parking gate code in your email shortly before you stay. I was very confused when I pulled up to the gated community with no way of entering. It just turns out the code wasn’t sent as intended for some reason. Fortunately, people on the property were helpful and Lori was very responsive. We may make HHI a yearly trip and would EASILY stay here...

”This is the second time I have stayed here. And, I plan to stay here again later this year and every year from now on as long as it is available. It is in a great location(a block and a half from Whaleys dive bar/restaurant). As I said in an earlier review, if you like rustic old style beach houses in a great location at a great price then this is it.”

”We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was perfect for two families with young children. Everyone had their own space, in addition to a large common room. The pool was absolutely perfect for the kids, and we were able to have it heated for week. The owner was extremely kind, considerate and reaponsive. It was a fabulous week in Sea Pines!”

”This a great home to explore the area Close to downtown Bluffton I would recommend an upgrade in bath towels which are worn and thin, other than that the house was well stocked. Extra bedroom does have a plastic mattress protector, which made sleeping hot and noisey. The dogs next door are barkers so backyard use is limited.”

”Convenient location ideal for family fun. The house was larger than we needed for our family of three but gave everyone plenty of space. Bedrooms each had a private bath and a sense of separation. The living and dining areas offered all the necessary amenities. The private fenced yard offered the option to relax in the pool. The ninth row location provided quick access to the ocean. ”This cottage is just 2 houses away from the beach on a quiet side street. You can actually see a bit of the ocean from the front windows. The back faces an attractive pond, and there is a spacious enclosed dog run that my dog, Sukee, really enjoyed. The interior decor is attractive, and the 4 bedrooms are very well done. Several kitchen appliances need updating, but on the whole this is a well-priced and very comfortable home on Edisto. We really enjoyed our stay.”

”Probably one of the best places we have ever rented. Everything was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed, although we didnt cook much so we could enjoy eating at the many seafood restaurants on the water. The beach was not far, but we chose to drive to the public parking area just down the street. The boardwalk and matted beachwalk make it super easy to get to your spot on the sand. ”The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”
