”I was able to still check in after the worst experience of the days inn the customer service was great. The state was wonderful. Bear was comfortable felt like he was at home. It was very convenient for us. I appreciate you. I love the fact that you were willing to still check in at the late hour that I checked in, the guy was still helpful and friendly. I appreciate the stay at best Western. Thank you so much for asking my opinion. Keep doing what you’re doing and hiring.”

”This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”

”They advertise a pool and it’s the middle of summer and it’s closed. Also, their mention of a breakfast we all in and there are 2 different cereals a waffle machine maker an apple and orange juice machine which dispenses only water. Very disappointing.”

”A handful of problems with the visit: -- TV antenna was broken and TV didn't work -- shower water faucet fell off during use -- one bed lamp had no bulb -- cups at coffee bar had no lids; manager reported they were out -- a sticky spill was on the floor next to the refrigerator -- there was no sign at the hotel nor any guidance on getting to the lobby behind another property Generally, a dissatisfying time.”

”They kicked me and my husband out because my dog was supposed to be on the leash and they never told us when we checked in. The "manager" also took a photo of me showing proof that my dog was on leash.”

”Arrived in the evening and something was immediately on my radar about this hotel and it's inhabitants. Got in our first room 225 and the air conditioning was leaking on he carpet and making a very, very loud noise and would shut off. It was a very hot day and we needed a room with air condition. The bath room had a major slit in the ceiling covered with painters tape, the bathroom was immaculate. There were children running back and forth across the ceiling as if they lived there, making a...
