Huben is the small neighboring village of Längenfeld, not far from the winter sports paradise. The ski bus stops 100 meters from the house and takes you conveniently and quickly to the nearby ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl. The cross-country ski trail is right in front of the house.

In the summer, you can explore the region on beautiful hiking trails that wind along green valleys and impressive mountain peaks. The spa town of Längenfeld is practically right on your doorstep. Other recommendations in the Ötztal include climbing, rafting, canyoning, and a visit to Austria's largest adventure park, Area 47.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
