It appears everything was great except your misunderstanding regarding Breakfast. As a Full service hotel, we have a Restaurant, Bar & Meeting space. Most limited service hotels include Breakfast because they don't have the amenities that a Full Service hotel offers. In the future you can purchase rates with Breakfast included or you can pay in the Restaurant. Kids 11 & under eat free when there is a paying adult. I hope this clarifies everything so you can book at a location that's best for you and/or your family.

Thanks for staying with us. Our pictures online mirror our rooms in person. We're sorry it was not to your liking. Our showers & walls are marble therefore giving a discolored look, but I assure you cleanliness is what we are known for. Thanks again for choosing us.
