”In mei hebben we een heerlijke week met het gezin van totaal 13 personen gehad in Villa Ortentia. We hadden een uitstekende ontvangst met Marella, Dennis en zijn vrouw. We zijn uitgebreid rondgeleid. Het huis was zeer schoon. Zes uitstekende kamers. Prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Veel ruimte rond het huis en van alle gemakken voorzien waardoor we veel sportief vermaak hadden. Het zwembad was nog koud maar kon worden verwarmd. We hebben er veel gebruik van gemaakt. Daarnaast veel spellen gedaan...

”Un agréable séjour Alla Roccia dans une région sublimée par des sommets enneigés et une belle météo. Une chance pour mars. L'ensemble des prestations est conforme aux descriptions justes et clairs. L'accès et la préparation d'Alla Roccia était parfait. Un accueil soigné avec son plateau de produits. Nous avons pu disposer d'un très bon niveau de confort en terme d'équipements et de prestations. ”Die fast 200 Jahre alte Villa bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und Kunstliebe eingerichtet, perfekte Küchenausstattung und wunderbarer Empfang durch Valentino. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist von allen Zimmern unschlagbar. Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Man kann die Villa nur weiterempfehlen.”

We were 4 children aged 2, 3, 4 and 5 and 6 adults and we all had a perfect vacation. The is space for all - including privacy. The pool is perfect! Very convenient with bars, restaurants and a supermarket in the area.”

”Très belle maison, très confortable notamment les chambres avec leur salle de bain personnelle et leur climatisation. La grande pièce principale nous a accueilli à 10 sans problème pour les repas. L’emplacement est intéressant, proche de l’autoroute, des commerces et surtout d’une plage bien agréable du lac Majeur (10 minutes à pied) Seul bémol, la plupart des chambres donnent sur la rue et sont bruyantes la nuit Cristina est très réactive. Son accueil a été parfait.”

”A wonderful villa with a magnificent view. Great garden. Plenty of space to spend time in the house. The villa is very cozy and comfortable. Everything you need is available. Located close to the lake and many attractions. Nearby there are good restaurants and one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The house is in a very quiet location. The hostess was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come again. We had a marvelous time!! Thanks a lot!”

”Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Vermietung unkompliziert und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir (Gruppe von Erwachsenen mit (fast) erwachsenen Jugendlichen) haben die (sehr verregneten) Ostertage dort verbracht. Das Haus liess nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Betten haben gute Matratzen, es gibt genügend gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Küche: genügend Geschirr und Besteck, Kühlschrank ist schön gross, im Untergeschoss gibt es noch einen...

”House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. ”Das Haus war neu renoviert und sehr geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und den 3 Balkonen. Der Straßenlärm war aber ziemlich unerträglich. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und hat leider keine Parkmöglichkeit (wurde im Inserat aber behauptet). Wir mussten 500 m entfernt auf einer öffentlichen Straße parken und konnten nur in aller Eile kurz ausladen. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt von Stresa ist kurz (10 Minuten), der Rückweg aber anstrengend, da ein sehr...
