Villa Belo Horizonte is a luxurious space capable of accommodating up to 17 people. Located in the Porches area, close to the beaches of Benagil, Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra, this Villa has the best range of gadgets and appliances. It was under construction until last year.

There are several and spacious spaces in the Villa. The pool has an area of 100 m2 and the garden more than 150 m2. The villa is ideal for groups or families with children.



The villa was built in the year 2019 and finished last year. It was designed with the intention of innovating and has the most advanced range of gadgets that makes it very functional and dynamic. The entire space including the pool area - air conditioning, satellite TV system and Wi-Fi fiber. The Villa is almost 1 hectare in size. The parking lot is huge, the garden is very large where you can play football or your children can play safely.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



Our guests have access to all the spaces that the Villa offers.

The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.



DreamPlaces -Holiday Rentals has the intention of collaborating and getting to know its Guests, always making them feel free to choose how they want to do this.



The Villa is located in a prime area of Porches - Between Lagoa and Carvoeiro. In this area there are many villas for rental purposes. It is close to the VILA VITA PARC - a place that offers a range of Michelin starred restaurants. Access to the beaches is very easy and you can reach them in less than 5 minutes. The beaches of Benagil and Carvoeiro are very popular and have a beauty recognized all over the world. Praia de Nossa Senhora da Rocha, Praia de Albandeira, Praia de Benagil, Praia da Marinha, Praia do Carvalho, Vale Espinhaço Beach, Vale Centeanes Beach, Vale Covo Beach and Praia do Carvoeiro are must-visit beaches.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
