Villa Bella Vista on ihanteellinen perheen huvila sijaitsee Vale de Milho Golf monimutkainen ja näkymät 6. vihreä. Kolmen makuuhuoneen harhaanjohtava huvila on korkea sijainti on erinomaiset näkymät ja etelään allas, jolloin aurinko koko päivän. Huvilassa on iso uima-allas, joka ei ole unohdettu. Allas alue on suuri katettu huvimaja oleskelutila palvelee hiili BBQ. Lisäksi kattoterassilla on täydellinen Sundowners kiireisen päivän jälkeen rentoutumiseen.

Harhaanjohtava Huvilassa on kolme makuuhuonetta, yksi isäntä kylpyhuone ja kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, kylpyhuone. Villa on myös perustettu lasten, pinnasänky ja syöttötuoli. On suuri olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Huvilassa on satelliittitelevisio ja täydentäviä wifi. Se palvelee joukkue varmistaa loman rentouttavaa. Isabelle taloudenhoitaja vierailee kiinteistössä kolme päivää viikossa ja voi auttaa minkä tahansa vaatteiden vaatimuksia, kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. On uima-allas ihminen (Tony) ja puutarhurit käydä kerran viikossa. Villa mahtuu enemmän vieraita, saatavilla pyynnöstä.

Kaiken Villa on kauniilla paikalla, jossa on oma suljettu lapsille turvallinen allas. Ulkoterassi alue on täydellinen ilta BBQs ja helpon pääsyn kauppoihin, ravintoloihin ja urheilutoiminta se tekee ihanteellinen perheen loma.

Urheilu: Huvila sijaitsee Vale de Milho golfkenttä ja näkymät 6. vihreä. 9 reiän par 3-kenttä sopii aikuisille ja lapsille, joilla on hyvin kohtuullinen Club vuokraus ja oppitunteja, joka on lyhyen 5 minuutin ajomatkan tai kävellä koko kurssi on avoin kaikille pelaajille. Tenniskentät sijaitsevat Rocha Brava ja voi vuokrata pientä maksua vastaan, n. 5 minuutin kävelymatka.

Ranta: Praia de Vale Centeanes kaunis suojainen ranta sijaitsee 10-15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Villa. On ranta ravintola ja baari ja polkuvene vuokraus, pysäköinti on käytettävissä, jos olet matkalla paljon rantapyyhkeet ja leluja!

The perfect spot

We wanted some time away and this villa was great. An easy walk to a few restaurants and a short drive to the beaches. Lots of trails to walk along the cliffs that afford amazing views and then home to sit by the pool under the stars. Very nice home and area.

Lovely villa

Our first visit to The Algarve and the weather was superb. The villa was very comfortable and the welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch and very much appreciated. It was lovely and clean and tidy. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. The outside areas were well maintained by the gardener and the pool was kept clean during our stay by the pool guy. We had a great 2 weeks here and would consider visiting again in the future. Our 5 year old grand daughter had a wonderful time playing in and around the pool. We would definitely recommend this property for your family holiday.

Fantastic!

Our stay here with our three children was just wonderful! Even better than the pictures show and the children especially loved the pool which is a perfect size! It is so quiet and private but yet lots of places nearby within walking distance to eat and explore. Highly recommend the Lighthouse Bar and Grill, Pashmina for an amazing curry and Mona Lisa Pizzeria! We had seen the shortcut others have mentioned which was very useful and only a 10 min walk to the local beach which was ideal. You can also take the boat trip from there to see the caves which I highly recommend. Communication with Julian was fantastic and he happily answered any questions I had at any stage. 5 stars!

Lovely family villa

Our stay was fantastic. Julian and his team really went above and beyond to ensure our stay ran smoothly. We travelled with two small infants (11 months and 17 months) and everything was there for us. It really is a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, Tupperware, pots and pans. There are plenty of towels and the space is really well thought out. The pool is lovely and great for children! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends and family

A lovely place

Stayed in quite a few villas in the Carvoeiro area over the last 30 years and this has been the best value for money. Ideal for our family of 6 and super fast WiFi to help with my workcation. Quiet area with the town a short drive. Also loved the handy access to the golf course.

Beautiful villa, great location!

We're a family of four and loved our stay at Villa Bella Vista. The host, Julian, is extremely helpful and replied to any queries we had almost instantly. The villa is in a beautiful neighbourhood with lovely views, especially from the roof terrace. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed, even providing beach towels and umbrellas. There is a decent shop nearby and larger supermarkets just a few minutes drive away. The nearest beach is walking distance, with the main Carvoeiro town area and beach also just a few minutes by car. We didn't play golf this time but the little course looked decent. We went to the clubhouse for coffee in the morning and it is a great spot to relax and look out over the surrounding area. Our week there was just perfect and I can't fault it in any way. I highly recommend this villa.

Lovely well presented villa

We have just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. The host, Julian, was extremely helpful and responsive and dealt with questions within minutes of emailing. The villa was immaculate and the housekeeper Luana was lovely. We love the area and there are a handful of restaurants in walking distance. It is also easy to drive or get an Uber into town which costs less thank 6 euros. Air conditioning would be an added bonus but there are fans in all the rooms so this would only be an issue for some. Julian really has thought of everything and we would be happy to stay at this villa again.

Ein wunderbares Haus in herrlicher Umgebung mit besserer Beschreibung des Anfahrtweges.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sauber und alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind in großer Anzahl vorhanden. Wunderbar ist der Pool, der wohl jede Woche überprüft und gereinigt wird.Schwierigkeiten bereiteten uns der Anfahrtsweg -wir haben fast 2 Stunden die Adresse gesucht, weil sie über google nicht auffindbar war- und das Öffnen des Hauses. Die vorgesehenen Codekästchen waren extrem schwergängig, so dass wir sie nur mit großer Anstrengung auf bekamen. Wir wollten natürlich nichts beschädigen. Sie müssten immer mal wieder von den Betreibern überprüft werden.

We never get tired of this house. As usual, very clean house, swimming pool heated when we arrived and operational. My previous evaluation had already provided all the elements of appreciation. Time stands still for a few weeks...

It's been few years I do not had such feeling of time passing more slowly! The pleasure of taking your time and having everything at your doorstep : - Swimming pool heated allowing from morning to night - Vale Centianes Beach at 6 min walk - Small shortcut next to the house leading directly to the road next to the beach avoiding the detour - A fully operational kitchen - A beautiful and relaxing view over the sea on the ground floor and on the roof! - Security around the swimming pool for people having babies and little kids - BBQ everywhere (swimming pool, roof, and on a patio) - Regular intervention of the housekeeper and the swimming pool specialist - perfect maintenance A very good time with family and the pleasure to avoid taking car often to go to the beach and running everywhere. Thanks Julian for this very good experience on your villa and hope to renew again next year!

Lovely villa the biggest let down was no air con which we were told about but the cooling fans supplied very old noisy and inadequate. And the infestation of ants was a shame.

Absolutely fantastic villa

Have stayed here before and luckily managed to get it for 2 weeks this year, it’s a brilliant place. Location is fantastic, villa Soave brilliant with fantastic outside spaces and beautiful pool. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. Five star!!!
