The bright living room, in an open plan with the dining room, provides a welcoming environment for socialising. This floor also has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower.On the first floor, there is a twin en-suite bedroom, also with air conditioning, and a second living room with sofas and access to a balcony. This floor also includes a service bathroom.The exterior stands out for its extensive well-maintained garden, where you can enjoy the sun on the loungers or savour meals outdoors at the dining table next to the barbecue.The villa has parking for several cars and is just minutes from the village of Carvoeiro, with shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful Carvoeiro beach. Nearby, you will find golf courses and the Slide & Splash water park. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
