Casa Azul holiday home with sea views and pool area

From the large roof terrace of Casa Azul, which features both a lounge area and a charcoal barbecue with a dining area, you can enjoy a lovely view of the Atlantic Ocean. Casa Azul, a terraced house situated in Porches – two kilometres from Armação de Pêra – within a very peaceful complex, allows you to soak up the sun across three levels.

Casa Azul is furnished in a modern style. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The garden is accessible directly from the living room at ground level. On the first floor are the master bedroom with a balcony and sea view, a further bedroom with a double bed, and the bathroom. The bathroom and the guest WC were completely refurbished in 2026. The bedrooms and living areas in the house are air-conditioned. Like all our holiday homes, it features satellite TV (all German-language channels and MEO TV – 90 Portuguese channels, with some series and films in the original English).
From the garden, it is just a few metres to the large swimming pool with a separate children’s pool and a large sunbathing area. The pool area was also completely renovated in 2026. There is also a children’s playground on the premises. Two bicycles are provided with the house, which you can use to cycle comfortably to the shops or to Armação de Pêra.

The beautiful beaches of Praia Senhora da Rocha and Nova Beach are approximately 800 metres away. There are several restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, as well as a large supermarket.

The holiday home comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, and is suitable for up to 4 people. Pets are not permitted.
