”The room was spacious and lovely. The room was extremely clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a lovely variety including healthy options. The woman who was serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. The grounds were pretty. Our only disappointment was the noise from several trucks nearby (it sounded like the parking lot and behind us) that sounded like they were unloading things extremely early (around 4 am).”

I loved they had nice wine glasses and fridge access with soft drinks and water available 24/7. This is one of my all time favorite stays the set up works perfectly. Would love to visit again.”

”Everything was great! There are 2 things that would greatly improve The Franklin Hitel experience.The front door was broken and you could not enter through it. Side door code was used. Second, there should be flatware in the kitchen as many guests heat food in the microwave. Many thanks for a most enjoyable stay!”
