Huoneisto sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Ancoran Resort. Se on toisessa kerroksessa kaunis moderni kaksikerroksinen rakennus kulkuyhteys hissillä, ja on sisustettu erittäin korkeatasoinen.

Heti kun kävelet asunnossa kävelet suuri avoin olohuone ja ruokailutila, jossa on täysin varusteltu keittiö oikealla puolella.
On suuri terassi pois oleskelutila, jossa on myös pääsy keittiö ja on rakennettu BBQ ja pöytä ja tuolit, että kaikki tärkeät aterioida ulkona.

Olohuoneessa on varustettu TV ja DVD / Stereot ja yksi sohvat muuntuu sängyn tarjoaa nukkumiseen 2 lasta tai 1 aikuinen (mukavasti).

Makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja on iso ja ilmava, ja on pääsy toinen iso terassi varustettu aurinkotuoleja. Kylpyhuone kylpyhuone on kylpyamme sekä suihku yli kylpyamme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 yhden hengen vuodetta ja osakkeiden toinen kylpyhuone, joka on varustettu suihku. Tämä makuuhuone on myös pääsy toisen terassille.

Huoneistossa on näkymä yhteisöllinen porealtaalla ja puutarhaa ja asiakkaat pääsevät käyttämään näitä palveluita. Pysäköinti on saatavilla maanalainen autotalli, jossa on hissi jopa 2.krs.

We loved our stay. There was only one problem. Our coffee filter jug had a broken handle so pouring the first morning we had boiling coffee everywhere.. I rang and asked for a new jug but did not receive one . We had no way of making coffee safely for our 10 day stay.

Perfect Location

This ended up being the perfect location for us. We are a couple who wanted easy access to reach the numerous trails and walk to old down town Lagos. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet and had all the amenities we required. We were there for a month and were quite surprised to find they delivered extra towels and bedding shortly after we arrived....a bonus. The unit had a western exposure with access to the balconies from every room. We lost our hot water once during the month but this was resolved almost immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return again.

Great, modern stay

The apartment was lovely. It was clean and in good shape overall. The neighborhood was also nice - we were able to walk to the beaches nearby. The downside was the apartment amenities. Each bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 little bar of soap, so be prepared to buy all of the basics (sponge, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, tissues or paper towels, etc.). I’ve never been in a rental without those household basics, so that was a little disappointing.

Amazing Apartment and Location

This is a lovely apartment and the pool is fantastic!

This is a lovely apartment and the pool is fantastic, weather wasn't brilliant (March) but that is okay because we could chill out here and go out when the weather was good. Overall .......fantastic!

Lovely convenient apartment

Apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet, and in a great location, walking distance to some beautiful beaches (Camilo was our favourite) and also to town or a short Uber away. We had a great stay :-)

Awesome Spacious Apartment

Thank you once again for a wonderful stay in Lagos...we have stayed in this apartment for the past 3 years....the location is 5 minutes from all the action but in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle....consistently excellent service & cleanliness standards are always maintained

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Strände sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool im Garten ist ebenfalls ein tolles Highlight! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wirkliches tolles großes Appartement mit kompletter Ausstattung

Selten ein so schönes Appartement gehabt. Komplett ausgestattet, toll auch der integrierte Grillplatz auf der Terrasse. Zwei große Balkone mit Blick auf den schönen Pool. Sehr hochwertiges Haus mit genug Parkplätzen. Toll auch das separate Badezimmer für das Eltern-Schlafzimmer. Blick vom Balkon auf die Sportanlagen eines Luxus -Hotels, während unserer Zeit hat der FC Porto dort trainiert. Allerdings hört man so auch die typischen Fußballgeräusche vormittags . Kleine Bauruinie stört etwas den Ausblick. wlan etwas schwach. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen, es lief alles über Whattsapp. Leider hat er eine Anfrage zu nicht ganz heißen Wasser ignoriert. Wir waren trotzdem extrem zufrieden mit dem Appartement und würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Wohlfühlen in perfekter Lage

Die Fewo ist in einer sehr gepflegten, sauberen und ruhigen Anlage. Sie liegt etwas außerhalb, aber trotzdem zentral. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen. Die Wohnfläche ist ideal für 4 Personen. Es gibt 2 Bäder mit Dusche bzw. Badewanne und 2 große Balkone mit Grill und Esstisch mit Stühlen bzw. mit Sonnenliegen. Vor allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, so dass es keinerlei Insekten in der Wohnung gibt. Außerdem ist die Wohnung vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt. Man benötigt also prinzipiell keine Klimaanlage (auch wenn diese vorhanden ist). Supermärkte (Lidl, Aldi und Intermaché) sind in wenigen Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Insgesamt ist die Fewo ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt!!! (Reisezeitraum Juli 2019)

Apartment was excellent, just as it looks on the website. Terrific location, very clean and spacious and had all the facilities that you would ever need. Check in and out was easy and all emails to property manager were replied to promptly. Will definitely return for another trip.

Great Value for Accomodation!

This property was a delight, spacious and comfortable. It was especially nice to not have to fight for a parking space. A few improvements would have made the apartment even better; the plumbing pipes made a sound consistently throughout the day; the mattress pads crinkle and are flaking; the dining chairs are very worn and flaking. There are actually 2 nice bathrooms, not just one as listed in the information. The view out the back veranda is hindered by an abandoned concrete structure and unkept building lots.

Super Unterkunft in Top-Lage

Die Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit tollen Bädern. Die zwei Sonnenterrassen waren ideal. Es wurden sogar die Handtücher 1x pro Woche gewechselt. Die Wege zu den Stränden sind zu Fuß problemlos machbar und es sind viele Lebensmittelgeschäft in Lagos, zu denen man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto fahren kann. Die Wohnung ist für Familien mit Kindern perfekt, Fahrstuhl im Haus und der Pool direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt komplett. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren!

It could've been nicer....

We were six young women staying for five days. Everything was clean when we arrived and it looked exactly like the pictures. Great! On the balcony was some stuff left from workers but we weren't too concered. Unfortunately, we arrived two hours later than anticipated, around 7 pm, since our flight was delayed. Because of that, nobody showed us the property e.g. where we could put our trash, how to get to the pool ect. We realised that we only had two rolls of toilet paper which is why we quickly went shopping that same night. Since we had to leave so quickly we didn't realise that we were missing blankets for the sofa bed in the living room. When we got home and saw that, we tried contacting somebody and after a pretty rude 'No, I can't help you with that at this time' (11 pm) we received a call back 45 minutes later and a maid had to come at midnight to deliver a blanket. Although it was a lot of stress, we eventually were happy that everybody had a bed to sleep in with blankets and pillows. The next day we were all getting ready to go out when all of a sudden there was a man standing on our balcony. Turns out he was one of the workers and came to get the stuff. We were a bit startled and told the agency about it. They apologized and told us, it wouldn't happen again. But once again, these men cam the next morning, while we were still in bed and showering etc. Please, please, please make sure to tell your visitors before sending workers on their balconies! We were extremely concerned. Once again, they apologized but we didnt leave the blinds up anymore when we left, since there were so many people who could just get on the balcony on the second floor. Overall we did have a great time though! Be aware that the chairs are quite old and the white leather comes off and you will have it in the whole apartment. Also, the sofa bed might be fine for two children or one adult, but two adults can't sleep comfortably on there. We would have liked to have some more stuff in the beginning as we had to buy basically everything (trash bags, toilet paper, oil etc.) and left a lot there as we couldn't take it home. But most of thecommunication went really smoothly, especially before our arrivel and they made sure, we had a transfer booked etc.
