Casa das Buganvilias is a townhouse with beautiful panoramic sea views, in the heart of the village of Luz and just 5 minutes from the beach.

Garden and pool, several terraces and private parking for 1 car.



The front door opens into a small hall with stairs leading up to the 1st floor living room and/or down to the bedrooms.



1st floor: fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, combined fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Delta Q capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as other small appliances and utensils needed for everyday cooking. Small pantry.



Living room with sofas that comfortably seat six people, TV with MEO box, cable channels. There is also high-speed fibre internet with Wi-Fi. Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people. Sideboard with crockery.



Small cloackroom.



Three sets of double doors open onto the large south-facing terrace with built-in charcoal barbecue. Various outdoor furniture, including a dining table and chairs for 6. This is the ideal area to enjoy al fresco family meals while taking in the marvellous panoramic sea views.



From the terrace, external stairs lead down to the pool area and the terrace below. The pool has a manual cover and can be heated on request at an extra cost. Next to the pool you will find several sun loungers for sunbathing. A few steps down is a paved garden area with several fruit trees. Shaded areas for those who want to take a chair and read a good book.



Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and private bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, also with wardrobe. All rooms open onto the pool terrace and garden area.



Bathroom in the corridor with shower cubicle, cupboard with basin and washing machine. Wall-mounted dryer.



Outdoor gas boiler supplies hot water to the bathrooms.

All bed linen and towels are provided, except beach towels. These can be rented on request before your arrival.



The house does not have air conditioning



The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. With the exception of 1 or 2 children up to the age of 2 (for whom we can provide our baby pack for a small additional charge), no additional guests or extra beds of any kind are permitted, whatever the explanation or justification.



It is not permitted to charge any electric or hybrid vehicles.

No events allowed

Smoking is not allowed indoors

Rest hours are to be respected (from 10pm to 8am)
