To truly enjoy your stay in our beachfront house in Lagos we offer:

* Stunning ocean views from your front row house and terrace on a beautiful cliff facing the ocean

* The beach house is composed of two units, each unit with: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living room. The two units share an outdoor dining area and a large terrace.

* Private access to one of the most iconic beaches of Portugal, Praia D. Ana (3 minutes walk)

* Lagos historic center within 10 minutes walk with great restaurants, fun nightlife, shops and the beautiful marina

* Many more tourist attractions, activities (boat trips, golf, kayaking, surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing,...) and sightseeing opportunities in and around Lagos. We are happy to send you recommendations.

* A covered part of the terrace with dining tables and barbecue, so you can enjoy the breathtaking ocean view while having a nice barbecue

* A huge uncovered terrace (approx. 140 m² or 1507 sqf) with sun loungers for relaxing sunbathing

* Linens, towels, beach towels, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer

* Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, incl. induction plate, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave (Miele equipment) as well as cooking utensils such as salt, pepper, oil, ...

* Air conditioning (also with heat mode), use of underfloor heating (in winter only)

* Several Cable TVs with hundreds of international channels (English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese,...)

* HiSpeed WiFi

* Shared with other unit: washer and dryer

* If you come with your baby, you will have a free cot and baby high chair available, as well as a baby bath on request. There are also children`s toys.

* The resort offers nice gardens. A tennis court and a large communal pool with a children`s pool can be used for a fee (2025 prices still unkown)

* Bike rental, car rental and bus stop nearby

* Grocery stores nearby (10min walk, a large supermarket within a 5min drive)

* One garage space plus free parking next to the apartments within the gated resort

* Final cleaning included in the price

* You have a personalized contact (by phone or Airbnb) for any questions you have before or during your stay

* We offer several extra services (e.g. Babysitting, Massage, Private Chef and other) for you to truly enjoy a relaxing stay (please ask us)

Gardens are not watered in summer, as there is a new effort in Lagos/ Portugal to minimize unnecessary irrigation (such as garden irrigation) due to the risk of drought
Quiet time after 10pm. No guests, parties or external services allowed (we offer extra services, please see house manual).

Please note if Checkin is after 8pm there is an extra charge of 10Eur.
