It has 1 bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed (double) can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Large and spacious balcony for meals or just gazing at the stunning sea view. It is also possible to enjoy the complex's outdoor garden or take advantage of the swimming pool (with toilet and showers), all these features are shared in a private condominium. Two bicycles are available free of charge, as well as sun loungers for the pool.

The apartment has Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a DVD player and vast collection of movies at guests' disposal, as well as cable TV with a wide offer of national and international cabnals.

It is equipped with central heating and being quite cool does not require air conditioning in the summer. The ideal place to rest and relax.

There are also parking spaces available at the property, besides the garage with an exclusive place for one car (nº17).

This modern and cozy 87m2 apartment with wide doors and no steps inside is located in Lagos, a small town along the southern coast of Portugal, bathed by the Algarve sun.

It is only a 3 to 5 minute (1.5 to 4 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, stores and historical landmarks along the waterfront. Wide beaches framed by high cliffs, such as Meia Praia and Praia do Duna, are just a 5 to 7 minute (1.5 km to 3 km) drive from the property. The Miradouro da Ponta de Piedade, a national park located along the seaside cliffs, is an ideal spot for hiking and is just a 12-minute (7 km) drive away.

Palmares Ocean Living & Golf Resort, located amidst the natural beauty of the island, is a 7-minute (3.5 km) drive from the property. Lagos offers 461 bike routes of varying degrees of difficulty, which run along the region's mountainous and maritime landscape. Faro Airport is a 55-minute (86 km) drive from the property.

Upon arrival you will receive a remote control to access the condo. Please keep it in the shade, as batteries lose power when exposed to the sun. The garage has an exclusive parking space, number 17. Please always park your car in space 17. We have sun loungers in the garage, which can be taken to the pool area during your stay. They must be put away when not in use. There is 1 bathroom next to the pool. The key is in the 3rd drawer in the kitchen, as are the bike locks.
