This villa had pros and cons…. The pros are most definitely the views and the beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately, the cons slightly outweighed the pros… in hindsight we realised there weren’t many photos of the interior of the villa. It is mostly very dated, which in itself is not a problem. However, the bathrooms were clearly outdated, shower curtains instead of screens, very old toilets/sinks/baths/showers. Back door handle very loose, security in general not the best… shutters don’t close easily, wooden doors don’t shut properly (main bathroom especially!) We were left towels for the pool and bathrooms, unfortunately these were all new…. Which resulted in the dye from the pool towels staining our clothes and the bathroom towels covering us in white fluff! The cleaners made an appearance after 6 days of our stay, took old towels away and left more new ones (the bathroom ones had never been washed and had a horrible smell so had to wash those immediately) they asked when we were leaving and then left so did no cleaning or changing of bedding in the whole 10 days! There were mould patches on the walls in the bedrooms & bathrooms and unfortunately the main bedroom was very damp and this made the bedding feel damp to sleep in. The pool loungers were not to our taste as there was no adjustment to these so you had to lie on your back in the same position. The netting over the table tennis table needs replacing.
