”I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud. ”I had a terrible experience in the apartment , the management were not professional, the staff did not knock before they entered my room. On the wabsite was free wifi and free breakfeast , the wifi didnt workand breakfest was serve for one person while the booking is for two adult, the manager never answered the phone called her several times, I moved 4 times from one to the other, Air conditional was not working ,the room was unbearably hot which inevitably cause an invasion of mosquitos...

”I was hated by the manager who was very welcome she made sure everything was up to standard before and during my stay. My best memory was when i came back from the market dirty and sweaty she took the time to wash my feet for me i thought that was the nicest thing that happened while i was in Africa. I will return for my next trip and won't forget her favorite snack and drink!!! I had so much fun while i was there. ”
