The newly furnished home has a master bedroom that offers a king-sized bed with an en-suite bath and walk-in closet on the top floor, while the two other bedrooms provide accommodations with queen and twin sized beds and a shared bathroom on the bottom floor. The large, bottom floor bedroom can be accessed through it own entrance and contains a large seating area equipped with a mini-fridge and a TV for streaming and gaming.

The large carport can accommodate up to 4 cars. Also, there is a free trolley service that will pick you up within walking distance and take you all over Laguna Beach, including to the famous Festival of Arts and Main Beach shops, dining, and more! Or stay within walking distance for a number of unique local restaurants and bars including a secret bar that serves exquisite cocktails!

Take beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and snorkel gear down to the beach to explore picturesque Thousand steps beach. Be prepared to walk 200 steps to get there, not 1,000. Other well-known coastal locations like Dana Point Harbor, Corona Del Mar and Newport Beach are all close by to explore on your stay.
