The space:
2nd floor entry is set back from the street, with views of the surrounding neighborhood. Completely remodeled unit with wood floors, comfortable queen bed with foam topper, all cotton bedding, 55" flat screen TV, small dining table, sectional couch / pull-out queen bed, chef's kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, water filter, and disposal. Lots of storage and closet space. There is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa.
Guest access:
You'll have the entire 2nd floor studio to yourselves, with total privacy. Entrance is up the stairs on 2nd floor.
Other things to note:
The studio has a great chef's kitchen, but with so many diverse restaurants nearby, who wants to cook? You're on vacation! Also, we offer 1 parking spot. But this is a better, more pedestrian friendly location than any of Laguna's hotels. So ditch the car and experience Laguna the way it is meant to be - by foot. Explore the neighborhoods with an electric bike tour offered by the adjacent surf shop. Unit comes with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and complimentary boogie boards - with easy access to the beach.
