”My Husband and I came here for our Honeymoon. Exceptional experience!!! When we first arrived, we were greeted with such kind gestures & smiles. The staff here always made sure we were comfortable with our stay. Our room always met our expectations. Very clean, very well kept & maintained. Food was AMAZING! No complaints with each dish at every restaurant. We would personally like to thank your lovely staff. At the Waterfront breakfast buffet, Nu, Niwat served us with smiles, greeted us with...

”This property is in need of a freshen up. Things are a little tired. Pool tiles and exterior. Lobby nicely appointed and front end staff super efficient. Room was clean but had to be sprayed for seasonal ants that did keep resurfacing. Walk out pool fe our room was great, but being near the garden bugs are to be expected. Roof top happy hour A full breakfast buffet of Thai and international options. Staff warm and accommodating. Lots of families and kids activities that were well run and...

”We stayed three nights in our own villa. At first, we were presented with a villa that was not the same as the one we had booked. Thank god, we finally got to the right villa. The villa was nice and clean. The mood of the first day was lowered by a snake that we saw at our pool, the staff went to catch it, and a cockroach that we caught inside the apartment. Although we have traveled a lot on the different islands of Thailand, we had never encountered a snake at the accommodation before. I...

”Room was similar as in much bigger hotel where we stayed our first week. Only minus was room balcony facing the street....I recommend those villas they have.”

”Siisti huone ja loistavapalvelu. Erityiskiitos Markukselle.”

”Good hotel and overall experience but room cleaning little lazy. Doesn’t change sheets at all unless you go to the info and ask specifically for that. Breakfast super good and lots of different options. Odd rule was that you can’t bring your own food to the hotel room but they didn’t complain if we had stuff from 7/11 there.”
