”We were on the second floor and the elevator was broke down. There was no indication prior to booking that it was under construction. I brought four smaller children who I had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with and carry heavy luggage. There were big rips in the comforter. The floor in the room turned my white socks black. There were six of us in a room and they only had one towel and one wash cloth. ”I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we drove up, it was a complete disappointment. There were people just hanging around outside, and construction materials were scattered everywhere like the place was in the middle of a remodel—but nothing looked organized or safe. It gave a very neglected and unprofessional impression right away.
The biggest issue is that the property looks nothing like the pictures online. The photos appear completely...
