”This place is pretty run down. There was a decent amount of damage in our room, but the bedding was clean which mattered most to us. The staff in the morning was awful. Young guy who cared more about looking at his phone with his AirPods than helping guests. “Continental” breakfast was a joke. I hope you like low end bagels and bread. Definitely don’t plan on staying here again.”

Tenants living on property, working on cars. Preschool age kids running in upstairs walkways and riding bikes in parking lot past 10 pm. Housekeeping throws soiled bedding out in parking lot on oil stains. I cancelled my future bookings and will never stay again!”

”Very beautiful place. My complaint would be that there was hair everywhere from the previous person or the staff and we couldn’t use the bathtub shown in the picture because there was a tone of shoe prints as if someone was walking around in it. Other than that staff was kind and the welcoming. ”

”Book threw a 3rd party and needed a handy cap room. So when we got there the staff and manager was so understanding. All the employees were awesome. Only thing is by that he spa at night two many roaches the big one from out side. And the spa should have been cleaned early next morning: other than that I loved it and didn’t even mind our spider friends who visited our bathrooms and early morning. I old I stay there and recommend it to friends. With out a doubt. It was awesome.”

Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion.”
