”Exceptional per usual! We love staying at the Whaler, the condo option is great for families that aren’t trying to eat out each meal and it’s in a great location by Black Rock for snorkeling, plenty of restaraunt options and next door to Whalers Village for plenty of shopping options.”

”Incredible view, room, staff Best place Can’t wait to go back”

”Great stay. Special shoutout to Jeff at the reception who made us feel very welcome from the start!”

”Nice”

”Ihana hotellikompleksi, jossa olisi viihtynyt pidempäänkin. Aivan rannalla ja monta uima-allasaluetta sekä paljon aurinkotuoleja. Tykkäsin ja menisin kyllä uudestaan :)”

”An older property that seems to have aged gracefully. We asked for a quiet room and were given one at the end of the hallway, and I think this was a lifesaver. There’s no noise cancellation of any kind and had we been closer to the elevators, it would have been impossible for js (admittedly rough sleepers) to sleep. ”Loved it !!!! beautiful views, quiet and clean . Great for a family vacation . We stayed in a three bedroom .”

It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.”

”Place was very clean, extremely happy.”

”Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!”

”The property was as pictured. Grounds were excellently maintained and customer service was very attentive. Check in and check out was a breeze.”

”Beautifully restored historic inn and gardens. A lovely retreat from Honolulu!”

”We absolutely LOVED the Napili Village Hotel. The check-in process was very easy as I was nervous because the office was closed the day we checked in but they have an amazing system for after hours check ins and were able to navigate the property and to our room easily. Although we could not see the ocean as much as we had hoped, Napili Bay/Beach was accessible through the back alley which we loved. We explored a few beaches throughout our trip and we found that one the most serine and...
