Accomodation, location perfect

We didn't realize we were staying in a resort, a great surprise. The apartment was recently remodeled, it was nicely done! AC mini units in both the bedroom and the living room, worked great, quiet. The resort has 2 nice pools and great locations for watching sunsets. Napali beach is a short walk and has easy entry and good snorkeling. Honokeana cove, aka turtle cove is a bonus snorkeling spot, also an easy walk away. We loved Napili, the market, the Sea House and the Gazebo.

Relaxing stay & experience

I am hesitant to say how wonderful this stay was for fear it is not available the next time we want to come! We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. It is newly remodeled with beautiful and well furnished kitchen. The bathroom is newly remodeled with lots of room and a nice stand up shower. We had a lovely stay watching the ocean on the lanai.

Fabulous spot

It was a great stay. The condo had just been renovated so there were a few details still needing to be finalized, like tight doors, some construction debris around, and wobbly faucet, but overall was great. They were also fast to correct the lack of dishes and no wine opener. Pull out bed was very squeaky. Also would be nice to have a couple extra beach towels as they take a long time to dry. Lastly, there didn’t seem to be a great set up or info for recycling. Fabulous spot. I would highly recommend this stay.

Wonderful place

We had a great time here. The location cannot be beat. You can see the ocean from your room and is a very short walk to the sandy beach. Property management was very responsive and helpful. This place is not a newly remodeled unit. Which doesn’t bother us. You’ll see some rust on the vents and some stains around. But we were totally fine with that. We care more about being close to the water which this place was.

Great Vacation

We love staying at Napili Shores for the low key atmosphere and having the two restaurants on the premises is great. The condo unit has a nice location to the pool and the barbeque area. The unit was clean and had just about everything you needed. The air conditioner in the bedroom we didn't use much because it was so loud. We would turn it on before going to bed to cool the room down then turned it off.

Family vacation

We rented 3 units as Napili shores for an extended family vacation. This particular unit had a view of the ocean and was close to the pool and barbecues. The only complaint was the portable air conditioning. My parents who are in their late 70s had this unit and the unit would have been perfect if it had central air. That was their only complaint.

Great location on Napili Bay

Nice one bedroom lower level condo very close to beach entrance and steps away from The Gazebo restaurant and pool. Kitchen is well equipped. King Bed was comfy. Roomy lanai with table/chairs. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. The only room for improvement was if the entire unit was air conditioned instead of just the bedroom. They did provide a portable fan plus there were two ceiling fans in the unit.Bedroom had a portable a/c unit which worked well but was noisy. Overall, we had a great stay and would return again.

Loved resort & view; comfortable bed / unit

We had a lovely time at this resort and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Building H is a great location. And even though we gave the unit listing a 4 (still good! see explanation below), we would book the unit again over one in a building farther back. We LOVED the beautiful resort property with two dining options on site; the incredible view for sunset; easy access to the beach on Napili Bay (love Napili Bay!!) -- and every morning walking out onto the lava rocks to look for turtles and view the beach and water (which you can see beautifully also from the grassy overlook and pool - it was like a sunset party every night). We will come back to this resort! It's a gem. (Also, if you like photography, you will be in heaven here. I was out with my camera morning and evening - so many options near resort.) If we could do a 4.5 star review we would - debated 4 or 5 stars but had to go with 4 because unit itself could use some TLC. However, the bed was very comfortable and there is bedroom A/C (5star), view / location of unit is great (5star), management company (5star) was very easy to work with and quickly responsive, ie: toilet had a leak via bad seal and it was fixed within a couple hours of calling. (Now that we know about iTrip we will look for their properties in other locations we travel to.) So - for others looking at this unit, to be clear: we would book this unit again. The location/view was wonderful and unit is fine if you don't mind an older imperfect property. Plus the kitchen was nice and well-stocked with everything we needed and has a quiet newer dishwasher. If you can live with some imperfections as a trade-off for the great location and getting to stay at this resort, you will enjoy your stay as we did. A few updates we suggest in the future include: Fix the hanging lightbulb in fridge; re-calk toilet and tub - we shouldn't have HAD to call about a leaky toilet (or better, update the entire bathroom or the shower stall); update fabric on the sofas (some staining - clearly older). Suggest also to install a lamp with plug capabilities on the right hand side of bed or at least provide a long extension cord to go to right side. (good thing we travel with extension cords or I couldn't have plugged in my phone/charged my watch at bedside.) And it was clean enough but could use a deep clean.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay in Napili. The room was as described. It has a nice view of the ocean and it is on the ground floor which made it very convenient to take the baby on walks in the morning in the stroller. The unit is also very close to the Gazebo restaurant which offers take out. We would call in our orders in the morning and then walk over to pick up the food so we could eat on our patio. It is a very short walk to the beach with very easy access and just steps away from one of the pools as well. The bathroom and kitchen were not as clean as we would have liked, but definitely acceptable and the check in process was a little confusing because we weren't sure if we were supposed to check in with the host or with the resort. We love the location and the resort and planning on coming for more visits in the future!

Everything perfect!

We had a great time at Napili Shores because the condo had everything we needed, and we could walk to a wonderful swimming and snorkeling beach as well as restaurants. We will return!

Always a pleasure

We enjoyed the stay in this condo- very family friendly and we loved the decor (very Hawaii). Could have used a set of sheets and blankets for the pullout beds (were missing a fitted sheet and blanket) and the shower head could use adusting, but that is just being picky. Love having the air unit in the back room. Great view and lovely accommodations. We will be back!
