  • The Kapalua Bay Villas are closest to Oneloa Beach offering spacious one and two-bedroom oceanfront and ocean view villas with well-appointed kitchens, laundry and central air conditioning. Resort amenities include three pools, two tennis courts, gas BBQs and direct access to the popular Kapalua Coastal Trail.

    Breathtaking and endless ocean views surround you from the kitchen, dining area and the living room. Your covered lanai extends your living area far beyond the walls of your villa for outdoor dining and whale watching.

    PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Belle vue et endroit magnifique

Belle villa, bien située, vue de l’océan du balcon ou du salon, proche de quelques plages à pied et de sentiers pédestres, a 15 minutes en voiture de Lahaina. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach.

This newly remodeled co do has top notch appliances and the future is beautiful. The king size bed was comfortable too. The shower could be a challenge for some as you have to step down 18+ inches. Otherwise would not hesitate to stay again.

The condo was great. Can’t beat the view! Small suggestions would make it even better.Provide more than two bath towels for the week. Didn’t love having to do laundry while on vacation. Also, the sign about washing the towels in the laundry area could be rewritten to not be so harsh. Adding a magnified mirror on the wall in the bathroom would be really beneficial for those of us with older eyes for putting make up on. Loved the high end kitchen appliances but the pans should be upgraded. Overall, would stay there again!

Great location for serenity and access

Property had really good views. It felt secluded, safe and clean. Access to the beach was easy and not crowded because public access was very difficult. Very close to resorts with great bars, pools etc. you get discounts for other property items like golf at kapalua.

The location is somewhat remote and the site is very hilly, but the views are fantastic. The location is central to all north Maui has to offer in outdoor adventure, golf, and dining options within a 10-30 minute drive. From our deck, we watched several pods of whales each morning.

Excellent location, views, amenities and lanai! I will stay in this unit again. It would have been nice to have a few baggies, and maybe a small olive oil. The tub is extremely large and uncomfortable ( rocky) but the shower makes up for it.

Yes it's a peek-a-boo view with sights and sounds of surf and, above ocean front units, you can see a 180 degree view of the ocean. Access to the pools is hampered by stairs for me and my walker. Please clean or replace 4 small rugs. Otherwise our stay was excellent. Manager Jake is top notch!

Surpassed our high expectations!

The view, proximity to the beach, property layout are awesome! We loved the deck, the amazing view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. This is an amazing location. We also loved the easy parking, quiet neighborhood, and fast internet. Verizon cell coverage worked great in this area, but Tmobile did not work.

Beautiful property, poor customer service

We were immediately wowed by the view as we opened the front door. The decor and furniture were lovely and the finishes upgraded. We would have given the property 5 stars, but upon arrival we were informed by maintenance that A/C was out and would set up a portable cooler in bedroom and would have a technician in the next day to repair. The next day after being out for the day, we arrived to the technician leaving and maintenance informing us that the AC unit had seized and could not be repaired during our stay. We were told to contact property mgmt about possibly moving to another villa. I immediately reached out to them and was told they could offer a “like” villa but had to make a quick decision as they were leaving soon and had to make sure housekeeping was aware before they left. She sent us the link to look at the option. Our villa was an Ocean View Gold and the option was just Ocean View. The property did not compare. Lower quality finishes, less attractive furnishings and decor and what we considered a less desirable location. We chose not to accept because we felt that it did not match the value of what we paid for and expected. We then were given the option to upgrade to an Ocean Front villa for over $800 more, (we had already stayed one night at our current villa). We were not prepared to pay that much more for our vacation and couldn’t consider that option. We were told that’s all they had to offer, so were told they could set up one more portable in living room the next day. We did agree to do that, however the villa is quite large and 2 coolers that size can only cool off approx. 250-300 sq ft each, leaving parts of the villa very warm. (Taking a shower and trying to get ready in the bathroom was quite uncomfortable). The coolers had to run day and night because of the temperature, near 90 and high humidity, unfortunately the ambiance of the beautiful location and view, as well as the sound of the waves was ruined by the constant loud blowing of the cooler. Upon returning home, I contacted VRBO asking if they could request some credit from the owner for the unfortunate inconvenience. We are vacation rental owners ourselves and know it is sometimes necessary to make things right with guests when they are inconvenienced for some reason. We were informed by property mgr that the owner was not willing to accommodate us because they provided us with alternate cooling. If owner had a change of heart, we would gladly upgrade our review.

Maui Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is an outstanding, upscale condo. My wife and I had an amazing time staying there. I believe the condo had recently been renovated and they hit it out of the park. It is located in a very high end area of Maui with gated communities and a few minutes walk to the beach, Golf, restaurants. It is also only 20 minutes or so to the Whalers Village and Lahaina. We had only one small mishap with a leaking Washer that the Property manager/Maintenance took care of amazingly fast. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a beautiful, quiet stay on Maui anytime.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a delightful stay. The unit is very well furnished and decorated, and was very clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable; we slept well. The unit is all on one floor, the top floor of the building, with floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean. It is on the same level as the street, which makes moving in and out much easier. There is another row of buildings below, but only a limited portion of the ocean view is blocked. There is a natural surfing area straight out and we saw surfers out through the day, some fairly proficient. If you walk down to building 20, you can then complete a five-minute walk on the trail to the beach. Recommend the unit.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in this condo for 8 nights to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. The grounds are beautiful, it’s just a short walk to the beach, there are lots of great places to walk, a couple of grocery stores are nearby and lots of places to eat. The condo provided everything we needed, the shower is amazing, the bed very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. We even played some tennis!

Amazing, clean, beautiful, terrific veiw of the ocean.

We even saw some surfers from our window. Amazing place to stay. The weather was Rainey but still warm.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A stunning Condo, wonderfully decorated,and furnished. The location was perfect, between 3 beaches, and walking trails. This condo has spectacular views, that are enjoyed from the vast windows, in the living area, and even in the kitchen or the patio. The management and housekeeping were very responsive and efficient to requests, which was greatly appreciated. We were so grateful we were able to extend 10 more days, to our original stay. Kapalua , in our opinion, is the best area to stay in Maui. The grounds of the Bay Villa's are so well maintained and it was so lush and Beautiful during our stay. It was such a wonderful break from a Canadian Winter.
