MK1005 Suurin Oceanfront Penthouse, upeat näkymät

Erittäin toivottava ja täysin uusittu ylimmän kerroksen kattohuoneisto Ka'anapalin rannalla, josta on laajat näkymät merelle! Tässä upeassa yhden makuuhuoneen / yhden kylpyhuoneen sviitissä on poikkeuksellisia ominaisuuksia, kuten uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, kauniit puukaapit, graniittiset työtasot ja uudet huonekalut kaikkialla. Kylpyhuoneessa on uusi puinen turhamaisuus, pesuallas ja kirkas lasi-suihkukaappi.

Lanaista 180 asteen näkymät Lanai- ja Molokaisaarille ovat henkeäsalpaavat! Kaunis ulkokaluste on mukana, joten se on täydellinen paikka nauttia ulkona aterioita, juoda cocktaileja, katsella upeita auringonlaskuja ja rentoutua valtameren ääniin. Talvikuukausina se on ihanteellinen paikka katsella valaiden rikkomuksia.

Tässä upeassa huoneistossa on täysin varustettu keittiö kaikkiin ruoanlaitto- ja viihdetarpeisiisi. Suuressa makuuhuoneessa on erittäin mukava king-size-vuode taulutelevisiolla. Huoneistossa on myös koko ilmastointi, jotta pysyt viileänä yötä päivää. Olohuoneessa on toinen taulutelevisio viihdettä varten. Tarjolla on ilmainen langaton internet ja kaapeli.

Maui Kai Resort -hotellissa on kaunis lämmitetty uima-allas, poreallas, ilmainen pysäköinti, kaasugrilli, uima-altaan Cabana-keittiö, pesulapalvelut ja paljon muuta. Maui Kai on muutaman askeleen päässä vedestä ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Ka'anapali Beachwalk -polulla moniin kauppoihin ja ravintoloihin. Ruokakauppa on kadun toisella puolella viljelijämarkkinoilla kävelyetäisyydellä. Lahaina, Whalerin kylä ja Kapaulan golfkenttä ja lahti ovat vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.

Beautiful views

Overall, the condo was excellent and the views of the ocean and adjacent islands were great. Everything was in working order as described in the posting. The building is a little dated but the condo itself has been updated. Only think we wished we had was a washer and dryer in the condo but they do offer them on almost every floor for a small fee.

Beautiful Property and an Enjoyable Stay!

A superb property with a soft and comfortable bed and a well furnished kitchen. Balcony is *completely* private with a striking view of the ocean and nearby islands. Parking is easy. Pool and hot tub are small, but beautifully maintained and uncrowded. Minor inconveniences: Rules state the AC is not to be set below 74 degrees. Even on a day with highs only in the low 80s, the AC struggles and slowly loses ground during the day. However, after sunset things level out and the condo is eventually cooled to 74 degrees. Entering the condo involves a time-consuming old-school mechanical lockbox with 4 thumb wheels which must be turned individually to one number of a combination. This can be challenging if you have fat fingers! Once the thumb wheels are set, pull the lock box open and pull out the small disk attached to a retractable wire. Place the disk near the door lock sensor. Push the door open slightly, allow the disk to retract back into the lock box, close the lock box, and spin the thumb wheels randomly so they are no longer set to the combination. Then open the door fully and enter the condo. If you come in after dark, you or someone needs to hold an iPhone on flashlight mode near the box while the combination is being entered. The process could be *greatly* improved by using a modern electronic lock box with a lighted numeric keyboard. Or simply replace the door lock with one that offers keypad entry. Overall, if you rent this property you will not be sorry!

Loved our stay at Mau Kai 1005

Great location, nicely furnished and well stocked condo. Super comfortable bed. Enjoyed watching turtles from the balcony every day. Epic responded quickly to fix a couple minor maintenance issues. I'd rate the stay perfect if it were not for the smell of pot smoke inside our condo coming from another unit every afternoon. Reported it to onsite manager who couldn't locate the source.

Amazing

This unit in the Maui Kai was amazing. The location is fantastic, within walking or very short driving distance to a supermarket, food truck area, restaurants, and of course the boardwalk and beach. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. The spacious living area and well-appointed kitchen stood out, as well as the lanai with its beautiful ocean view. The Maui Kai complex itself has plenty of amenities with a pool, cabana, and grill area, as well as laundry machines on most floors. The unit includes a small pack of detergent for both the laundry and dishwashing machines which was very convenient. Check-in and parking were easy. No complaints about anything whatsoever--this is exactly what I was hoping my stay in Maui would be like! This is one of the easiest five star ratings I've ever given, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to spend time in Maui.

Most incredible view

This unit was great for our family, and far and away its best feature is its incredible, expansive view of the ocean. It is as good in real-life as in the photo--you don't see any other buildings or people, just a huge expansive view of the ocean and the offshore islands. It is gorgeous. When we looked down over the railing, we saw sea turtles swimming in the shallow water several times. And further out, we saw occasional whales. The inside of the unit was also great. Kitchen was very well equipped, bedding was comfortable, and we loved that there is a table with four chairs on the lanai, as we ate out there as a family many times. Location of this building is at the northern end of Kaanapali, so out of the very busy section. But very easy to get to/from. We liked that it was a bit away from the hubbub, and would take this view *anytime*. Host was also responsive. Thank you for the great unit and stay!

Honeymoon Stay at the Maui Kai

We recently returned from our honeymoon stay at the Maui Kai and loved every minute of it! The most impressive thing about this unit is the unobstructed panoramic ocean views. Maui Kai seemed to the closest to the ocean out of all the surrounding buildings which provided unbeatable views of the sunrise, sunset, Lana'i & Molokai as well as all the incredible sea life in the reef below (sea turtles, Monk Seals, Dolphins, Whales; you name it!) The property managers provided binoculars in the unit which came in handy with spotting the sea life. The unit was very tidy, well organized and seemed recently updated. Bedroom & Bathroom were stocked with enough linens for the 2 of us for the week. However, if you needed to wash anything, there was a laundry room on our floor very close to the unit. Kitchen had all the necessary cookware & utensils and coolers and beach chairs were available for use. Parking was available on the premises and was included in our stay. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in the Ka'anapali/Lahaina or just Maui in general. The location was close by to everything (beaches, hikes, restaurants, groceries, food trucks etc.) and was much more private & quieter compared to some of massive vacation clubs nearby owned by the big hotel chains. Can't wait to get back one day!

Very clean and updated. Love the view from the lanai. Very comfortable mattress and AC is excellent. We are not big on using small swimming pools, but the pool, although small, was very clean and refreshing. Would stay here again.

This condo is depicted accurately in the photos. It was clean. The mattress is comfortable. The pool is very small and a bit dated. A few things that would make the stay BETTER... 1. foldable beach chairs are so needed, anyone over the age of 18 cannot lay on the beach with just a towel and be comfortable. 2. chip clips needed in the kitchen 3. the beach towels are just large bath towels. It would be nice to have regular sized beach towels. 4. Koozies for drinks would be appreciated 5. extra bath towels and beach towels would be fantastic as most people do not have time to do coin laundry while on vacation.

OUTSTANDING unit!!!

We stayed in Maui Kai 1005 for 10 nights at end of April 2022 to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I did a TON of research before selecting this unit. Main factors of us were = condition of the condo, ocean view, lanai setup, location on the island, quietness of the condo complex, and price. Our experience was a home run across the board. The top floor made for amazing views off the lanai, saw whales and turtles most days. The unit has been recently renovated, bed was super comfortable. Owner was responsive and timely in all the communications. Mike, the on-site operations director at Maui Kai is so helpful and friendly...we locked ourselves out of our unit one night...and called the emergency number posted on the office door...Mike answered, lives on site, and met us within 2 minutes! The beach in front of the complex is one you can walk along but not a place to swim...we found outstanding beaches within 5-10 minutes drive. Loved our stay, hard to imagine it being any better than it was!

Beautiful West Maui views!

The condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach were our priority, and you can't do any better. The nearby grocery store, restaurants, and food truck park were an extra bonus.
