    Konea 412 on ylellinen yhden makuuhuoneen PLUS den vuoristomaisema, josta on upeat näkymät Länsi-Mauin vuorille. Suite 412 tarjoaa täydellisen mahdollisuuden kerätä, yhdistää ja juhlia. Sviitissä voi majoittua enintään kuusi vierasta yhden king-size-vuode, yksi queen-size-vuode ja yksi queen-size-vuodesohva. Den sijaitsee aivan olohuoneen lähellä ja tarjoaa ylimääräisen parivuoteen parivuoteella. Pyyhi pois ihastuttavaan Maui-taivaaseen, kun lasit ovet irti ja sisätilat sulautuvat saumattomasti ulkona.

    Kehotamme teitä antamaan kulinaarisen luovuutesi hyvin varustetussa keittiössä. Tila on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuista Bosch-laitteista ja graniittitasoista, ja olemme toimittaneet jokaiselle laitteelle ja välineelle täydellisen aterian tai virvokkeen… vain tuoda ainesosat. Nauti aterioista tilavilla lanaiilla tai syödä sisätiloissa ilmastoiduissa ilmastoinnissa. Lisäksi kaupallinen laatuluokkainen Vitamix-sekoitin sopii hyvin luovien libationien tai smoothien valmistamiseen tuoreilla paikallisilla tuotteilla.

    Honua Kai istuu rannalla North Kaanapalissa, joten tulet kirjaimellisesti vain muutaman askeleen päässä Mauin rantaviivan rauhasta. Ilmainen Ohana Play -paketti sisältää Tommy Bahaman rantatuolit, sateenvarjon, BBQ-laitteet ja kannettavat jäähdyttimet.

    Nauti nopeasta pääsystä tuoreelle uima-altaalle ja rantapyyhkeille, koska sviitissä on pääsy Honua Kaiin kätevään aulassa ja uima-altaan pyyhekioskeihin.

    Jos haluat välttää liikaa matkatavaramaksuja lentoyhtiöiltä, harkitse kevyempiä pakkauksia ja käytä pesukoneen ja kuivausrumpun käyttöä sviitissä.

Great spot, bigger than expected, great customer service

We have stayed at the Honua Kai before not through VRBO/Maui Rentals so I think we had a few different expectations about services but rental staff were incredibly prompt and helpful when we asked for things. The suite is large and clean and the whole resort is amazing. There were a few items we felt the suite needed or needed more of since there is no housekeeping but overall, it was great.

Perfect Place

This was truly the perfect place for our family, we had so much fun at the pool, the beach and restaurants at the resort. The unit had great extra touches, such as the umbrella, cooler and beach chairs were used daily and great ideas!! The management was great, every request was dealt with professionally and quickly! Reilyn G was awesome, quick to respond and followed through with all of our needs. You will love it!!

Great location and suite, but don't expect any service

We were very pleased with our suite and the resorts location in Kaanapali. This resort was a little more spread out that the others just south of us. Unfortunately, if you are expecting any kind of service for your room. You will be disappointed. We arrived and realized there were no sheets left for the pullout couch. We called Maui Rentals that evening and there was no one to bring sheets. After 3 more phone calls we finally got our sheets two days later. Unacceptable, especially during these times. If you enjoy sitting around the pool, you need to get there very early, because the seating is very limited.

Great stay

With the exception of a grumpy bell hop at arrival and at departure (same person) the stay was wonderful. Clean and convenient! The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice not having to worry about dish soap and laundry detergent. The staff was overall super friendly and welcoming (other than bell hop). The view from our unit was great as it was away from the pool crowds and had a great view of the mountain. Pools were great and it’s beachside location was wonderful. We were not able to get a late checkout but were able to still use the facilities on the resort before we left which was very convenient as we had a late flight out. The staff at Maui resort rentals was helpful and attentive to any needs or questions we had. Maui was beautiful and our stay was wonderful. Can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

Great Spot

We wanted a quiet, clean, easy, baby friendly spot right by the beach. This place hit all the boxes. Great climate control, cool doors, easy access to resort stuff and the grocery store. Would totally do again.

Wonderful

We had the best time in Maui & this condo was the perfect home base for us!! It was so clean & had all the helpful basics in the kitchen! The beach chairs & cooler were incredibly helpful too - we used them everyday! And they were so thoughtful to have 5 beach chairs there waiting for our family of 5. The construction was literally a non-problem or issue in any way. We loved waking up & drinking coffee on the fully opened lanai. The property & pools were wonderful too! The WiFi was very helpful. Parking in Maui in general can be a bit tough (not enough available & tight spaces), but if the parking garage was full the valet parking was an easy go to for us too, which was great! This was a trip of a lifetime for us and our 3 teens! Thank you for everything!!

Absolutely breathtaking property! I was blown away by the service we received from the hotel staff and also Chris who made sure our stay was perfect! The room 412 at the Konea tower was beautiful and perfect space for our family! We’re already planning our next trip to go back to Maui!

Relaxing week in an amazing room with a beautiful view.

Our family of four just spent a fantastic week in this beautiful room with the best views of the mountain. The den provided us additional space, and the kitchen and washer/dryer were so convenient. We received such a warm welcome from Maui Resort Realty and they were so friendly throughout the week checking in on us to make sure our stay met our expectations. The loaner beach equipment was also appreciated. The resort was beautiful with many pool options (our young kids liked the rocky beach pool) and you can walk right up to the beach. We also used the BBQs for dinner or Dukes will take your order from pool chairs. The only downside was that pool towels were hard to find once down at the pool area, but there were plenty provided in the rooms. We'd definitely stay here and rent from Maui Resort Realty again. Mahalo for an amazing week!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property rented through Maui Reality. For the property, the resort is top notch, the location is convenient: walking distance to the beach, pools, and a big supermarket right across street. The rooms and kitchen are exactly as shown in the pictures (or even better in person). The fully equipped kitchen and in-room washer/dryer make it very convenient especially if you are traveling with kids. The staff from Maui Reality is attentive and helpful in answering all the questions and requests prior/during/after our stay. We are very pleased with the service they provided and definitely recommend this property, cannot wait to come back again!

Excellent location, amenities and realty team

The location is right on the steps of a beautiful beach with great amenities within the resort and condo. The realty staff is phenomenal and attentive to every detail of the stay . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful for families!

We had the chance to spend 17 (!) nights in this well appointed unit and our pleasure of being there was renewed every morning. Our two daughters slept in the master bedroom, leaving the den and the common areas available for us once bedtime was past for them. We enjoyed 3 meals a day on the lanai and never got tired of the mountain view. The road noise is well tampered by the cascade/fountain located beside the building. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds very comfortable and all the amenities announced on the MRR website were present and in good working order. The resort is ideal for families; all kinds of shallow pools, water slide, beautiful beach across the dunes and Duke's restaurant for those days where you don't feel like cooking. Times supermarket is at walking distance and is a well stocked place. Fresh, organic and locally grown produce can be found 3 times a week at the nearby (also walking distance) farmer's market. The beach kit provided was ideal for day trips on the various beaches we went to. The beach in front of the Honua Kai has nice sand but the swimming area has some rocks and is more fitted to snorkeling than family bathing. Still, we enjoyed the beach every second day, building sandcastle and running along the waves. Chris and Elise at MRR were really nice to deal with. They were there at every step of the way and helped us prepare our trip with aloha! They were easy to reach and replied quickly to all our requests. If I had the chance to do this trip again, I would do it the same way it went and not change a thing!

Great Stay

We visited here in late August 2015, and really enjoyed our stay. I did a lot of research before booking, and picked the unit for the additional "den." Maui Realty was very easy to deal with -- they called me after we landed to check in, and were there to meet us by the time we arrived. They were able to accommodate an earlier check-in for us, and were even ready for us before we had arrived from the airport. The unit is exactly as it appears in the photos, and we loved that it had the extra "den" with a second full bed -- which our 2 little boys took over as their "bedroom." The living room also had a sofa with a pull-out bed that we did not end up using as a bed. The unit had 2 nice beach chairs, umbrella, a boogie board, pool noodles, and sand toys. The unit was, for us, ideally located within the resort. The unit is around the corner from the elevator to the parking garage, but we never heard any noise from the hallway or the adjacent unit(s). It was a very short walk from the elevator to the pools. We also loved the mountain views from the balcony, and ate most of our meals on the balcony. We could see the other tower off to the side, but it was pretty far away so we never felt a lack of privacy. The Honua Kau was great -- our boys (3 and 6) were very entertained by the pools, and often wanted to go to the pools instead of heading to the beach. The resort is located on a beach that is narrow and has a few rocks -- we typically just drove a few minute down the road to another public beach that had few rocks and great snorkeling. I used the gym a few times, and it compares VERY well to other resort and hotel gyms - lots of cardio equipment (each with its own TV screen) and a weight area. I'm sure if we return to Maui and if we stay in this area, we will try to book this room again.

Beautiful Maui

This was our second trip to Maui and the beautiful Honua Kai resort. Adam greeted us upon arrival and made sure everything was set for our stay. The friendly staff at Maui Resort Realty met all our expectations prior to our arrival in Maui. Everything in the condo was as expected and we certainly enjoyed having a clothes rack to hang wet garments on and the beach chairs certainly came in handy. We did experience a few problems during our stay (washing machine malfunction due to ill fitting door, which was repaired promptly! and the ice machine did not want to dispense ice, that was until a piece of packing foam came out, then it worked perfectly!) The unit was clean and comfortable for our group of 4 adults. We appreciated having the queen bed in den versus the hide-a-bed. The unit could use a few more dishes in kitchen to be the 'fully appointed' that it is stated to be. Having only 4 coffee mugs mean't we were running the dishwasher more often more that 3/4 empty so we would have clean coffee mugs in the morning (who wants to wash dishes on vacation!!). When we return to Maui, which we hope is soon, we would book at the Honua Kai without hesitation. Aloha!

Christmas in Maui

Our Christmas stay was so special. The condo was roomy for 5 adults especially when you open the lanai doors all the way and get that island breeze and aromas and aloha! We made use of the beautiful kitchen daily and the bbq area and equipment is first class.The wifi signal is strong, cable great, wireless music, perfect. lOne cool thing is we never heard our neighbors, this is a well built condo. Chris met us with keys etc. to go over a few things and wished us aloha, easy peezy! Now, back to work so we can plan another trip to the land of ALOHA!

Excellent Stay

This condo was well appointed, beautiful and clean. There was plenty of space and the amenities were top notch. It has everything you could possibly want and need for your home away from home. Maui Resort Realty was very easy to deal with and they even went out of their way to find us on our last day to let us check out later knowing that our flight home wasn't until later in the evening. They were also very quick to help me troubleshoot the problem I had with the washing machine (the door didn't catch very well when I first tried to do laundry and kept getting an error). The beds were comfortable, the lanai was large with excellent mountain views, the resort was excellent with great heated pools for us to enjoy. There's a grocery store that is walking distance and Slappy Cakes (a great place for breakfast/lunch). I would highly recommend this condo and management team! The only thing I wish this condo had would be some beach toys (buckets/shovels, snorkeling gear).

Simply Divine

Our stay in this condo was simply divine. It is such a wonderful feeling to walk into accommodation and find that it really is as lovely as the photos and description indicate. The condo was a generous size for 3 of us and one of its best features was the den for our 4 year old daughter who loves having her own space, and her own TV, on holiday. We loved the lanai, which is also generous in size and is sun drenched in the morning. Our daily routine included smoothies, made with the fabulous Vitamix blender, at lunchtime on the lanai and cocktails at sunset. Life doesn't get better! The resort was first class, with great pools and we enjoyed Dukes Restaurant a number of times...excellent family friendly dining in a superb location and with impressive customer service. The beach in front of the resort was super...in fact it provided us with the best snorkelling of at least 4 beaches we visited. We were assured that we would see and swim with sea turtles and sure enough we did, literally in front of the resort. It was magical. The representative from VRBO was superb as was his communciation with us in New Zealand.Having a good supermarket literally over the road was a huge plus and the independence of having a full kitchen and laundry made our holiday very comfortable indeed. We loved the short and very beautiful drive to Napili Bay and breakfast at the SeaHouse restaurant is a must do. For us the location was prefect... private and peaceful. Our only constructive feedback is that we would have really appreciated our condo being cleaned during our 9 night stay. We were well provided for in terms of laundry powder and dishwash but we are used to having a mid stay clean when we hire a holiday house. We also found it an inconvenience that we couldn't charge drinks etc to our room in the restaurant. Having cash or a credit card poolside is less than ideal. Other than that I can't recommend this property more highly. It exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back in this condo.
