This Platinum Level two-bedroom, three-bathroom Kapalua Ridge Villa is the ultimate retreat for the ideal Maui getaway. Newly remodeled luxury interiors, along with stunning vistas of the sparkling blue Pacific, the Kapalua Resort coastline, and, the island of Moloka’i will have you quickly surrendering to the tropical paradise that is Maui!
Situated on a once working pineapple plantation, Kapalua was designed as a “low impact resort,” offering its guests all the amenities and perks of a luxury resort, but without the crowds and long lines. Guests can enjoy easy access to Maui’s award-winning beaches, restaurants, PGA golf, free door-to-door resort shuttle, miles of sparkling coastline spanning the resort, plus so much more.
Boasting sophisticated interiors, all new designer furniture and original local artworks throughout, this stunning villa evokes a new “Hawaiian coastal charm,” with masterful skill and attention to detail. The villa’s soothing beachy tones, along with a spacious floor plan, offer a tranquil and opulent space to unwind and reconnect with your friends and ohana.
Upon entering the villa, guests are immediately greeted by an original Betty Freeland painting, Freeland being one of Hawaii’s most highly regarded artists specializing in Hawaiian impressionist oil landscapes. Another of the many works found throughout the villa includes a painting by Avi Kiriaty, an artist who best captures the Hawaiian Islands and people with vibrant colors and designs.
These original works of art, along with the rich, tiger wood ceiling accents and cool toned Pergo luxury vinyl flooring, perfectly accompany the beautiful vistas showcased throughout every window.
The living room offers plenty of space to recline and relax. Guests will enjoy a large American Leather sleeper sofa, a coffee table, lounge chair, large smart TV with DVR, and, AC and ceiling fan. The sleeper sofa is one of the most comfortable sofa beds you will ever sleep on! The queen-plus mattress provides more than enough room for 2 people to sleep restfully through the night. Behind the sofa, a handcrafted surfboard sits as a reminder of the Hawaii that awaits outside. The board is crafted from wine-stained redwood that was reclaimed from wine tanks from California, as well as burled redwood, figured maple, poplar, and paulownia.
An additional cozy seating area, complete with two lounge chairs, an ottoman, side tables and lamp, are located directly behind the couch. This is the perfect place to curl up with a good book, or, simply gaze out upon the gorgeous views.
Coffee and wine aficionados will be delighted at the full coffee and wine bar located directly across from the living room. This unique space offers guests all they should need to create the perfect cup of gourmet coffee, or, that favorite cocktail. For the coffee purists, the coffee bar offers a coffee grinder, 14 cup coffee maker and the added bonus of a sink with a water purifier. A large wine refrigerator can hold an abundance of wine, beer, soft drinks and water.
The living room seamlessly flows directly outdoors to the large, covered lanai, where Kapalua’s tropical landscapes are put on full display! Looking seaward, guests are treated to sweeping ocean views of the island of Moloka’i and then all the way up the Kapalua coastline to the world-famous surf spot, Honolua Bay. During the winter months of whale watching season, guests have some of the best seats in the house to witness the humpback whales splashing about! This beautiful outdoor living space offers seating for six and is the perfect location to enjoy your cup of perfectly prepared coffee for early morning sunrises, or tropical cocktails and “pupus” in the evening hours.
Inside, guests find an intimate dining area with wrap around windows and a dining table with seating for six. Open your sliding doors and allow the soft trade winds in as you enjoy a meal in paradise with the people you love most.
The remodeled chef’s kitchen sits adjacent to the dining area and comes equipped with the highest quality appliances and finishes, extensive counter space and a cozy breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen is complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel Bosch appliances, custom driftwood cabinets, granite countertops, stove, a convection oven with a warming drawer, freezer/refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a sink with disposal and of course – ocean views! The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare and serve the finest of meals. A remodeled full bathroom is located just off the family area and features a shower, and vanity with sink, tile flooring and granite counter tops. This is a wonderful addition for guests, as it provides more than enough room to get ready for the day. A full washer and dryer are in the hallway, near the bathroom.
After a fun filled day of exploring the island, it’s time to retreat to one of your two bedrooms. Next to the guest bathroom you will find the first of these, which offers an accommodating space for those with larger parties, or children. Enjoy a queen bed and bunk beds, both with new mattresses and linens, a Smart 50” flat screen, AC, ceiling fan, dresser drawers and a small lanai looking out on the verdant flora with access to a large grassy area out front.
A spacious remodeled bathroom connects to this bedroom; it is truly an oasis all in its own. With twin vanities with sinks, granite counter tops, an oversized walk-in shower, tile flooring, and, a large closet, this bathroom is just as luxurious as it is tranquil.
At the opposite end of the hallway guests will find their master suite which offers up the ultimate escape to unwind for the day. This beautiful room features neutral tones which perfectly compliment the lush coastal and ocean view landscapes beyond. Guests will enjoy a large king size bed with a new mattress and linens, side tables and lamps, dresser drawers, AC, a walk-in closet and a new Smart 50” flat screen TV.
One of the most welcoming features in the master suite is the cozy seating alcove which features striking tiger wood ceilings, a comfortable chaise lounge with a side table, as well as a full-sized desk, large wrap around windows which provide lots of warm, natural lighting, as well as expansive ocean and Moloka’i views. This peaceful and quiet space is perfect for those on a “workcation” or those looking to simply relax and do what they love most.
An intimate, private lanai is located just off the sitting area and is a wonderful space to enjoy a cup of morning coffee, accompanied by chirping birds and fragrant plumeria trees, as Maui magically comes to life.
The master bathroom, recently fully upgraded, offers a seamless connection to the master bedroom, creating a private sanctuary of luxury. This stunning space boasts all custom tiles, exquisite cabinetry, and twin granite countertops that exude sophistication. The rain shower and oversized walk-in shower provide a spa-like retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures. Thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind, this bathroom is both tranquil and indulgent—a true oasis.
This villa comes with reserved parking (please note you can park directly behind the owner's car in your reserved space), free wireless password protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and cooler.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
