”This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night. ”Family room and Suite do not mean separate rooms. You get a couch added to the room. Breakfast was not great. Coffee weak, grumpy service person, tables left sticky. Desk person didn’t seem knowledgeable or knew if our room was ready long after check in time. Dirty parking lot with spilled chocolate candy my dog almost ate.”

”If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house.
