”Incredibly helpful desk staff. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Will stay again when traveling in the area.”

”I will never stay at this hotel again. It was unkept, unclean, and unwelcoming. When we walked into our room there was dirt on the floor, unclean sheets and pillow cases, and even feces still on the toilet seat. The shower and water smelled strongly of urine and even though we were in a non-smoking room someone had clearly been smoking. The breakfast was just a couple cereal options, waffles, or stale bread for toast. No milk for the cereal and no employees came by to restock or clean....

”No breakfast, no sugar for the coffee but two of the men behind the desk are very plump. I don't like being rude but places should be shut down when the people behind. The desk can't do something as simple as provide sugar for the coffee machine. Stay at The Quality Inn across the street. They have 24/7 coffe and tea. They also serve breakfast (no meat) but it's definitely options. There is NO BENEFIT staying here .....this is not a spam post. The quality inn is across the street and right next...

”It was nice place, breakfast was great. I’m rating 4 stars only because I requested crib for my baby and was confirmed by staff several days before and I requested again during the check in but never received it and nobody communicated with me.”

”The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed. On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend.”

”This is not a typical hotel. No front desk person is there during the day. Just know you need to check in at attached bar. Room was fine. High ceilings in room and bathroom were nice. Fire Dept is nearby so expect to be woken by sirens & horns during the night. No sense of not waking everyone up when there’s no one on the roads. Didn’t like that they made a photocopy of my license and credit card. Promised that they shred them later but no other hotel does this. Convenient location to...
